DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lost my items, damaged my items, delivered a rubbish bin which wasnt mine, and even managed to cover garden furniture and a computer printer in paint (2 different colours). When I threatened them with court action after weeks of unanswered calls, evasiveness, excuses, and lies they told me I was lying about the missing items and I couldnt prove theyd ever had them because they didnt use packing lists! Sounds like theyve done it before, doesnt it? If Id checked on Google beforehand Id have seen that they had......Ask to see their office - there isnt one, at least not in Business Bay where Steve told me it was.If you are still in doubt ask to see their warehouse - its off street 6b in Al Quoz (nowhere near where Google Maps or Mr Moves website says it is) - once youve seen it youll understand all too well how they can lose items and damage items.If you search for me on Linkedin Ill send you a video of their warehouse and a google maps location.....DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!

I have a lot of items stored with them.They have completely stopped responding to any of my requests for contact or to prove that my items are still stored safely.I suspect they have gone out of business or lost my items and am very concerned.I agree with other comments made that the apparent owner Steve/Richard/Thomas is masquerading as an employee and keeps changing his name - am not sure what is the reason for this illusion/deception, but it is very concerning.Recommend you avoid this company.

Called them last minute when my family was making a move to a available villa. The same week of the move my wife was unexpectedly in hospital having our baby weeks ahead of schedule. Was super concerned to have everything done in time for them returning home. In one day Mr. Move did everything, moved out and moved into the new villa. Nothing was damaged and they did all the little things I needed as well like put up the paintings, even stocked my fridge.. was really great full for what they did made life a bit easier.

We recently made a local move and were very impressed with the service from Mr Move. Steve was very helpful, although sometimes difficult to get through to him. However, it was during Ramadan and so things are a little slower then. The cost was excellent, almost half the price of some of the others! The team wrapped, moved and unwrapped us in double quick time and we had no breakages. They were polite and tidy and very respectful of our possessions. I will definitely use them again.

Relocated my house twice in the past 5 years and I cant thank them enough for how quick and professional they were.I have also recently used them for sending stuff back to UK and it was faultless.Theres a reason movlogs recommends them! 👍🏼

The initial booking process was very good. When compared to other companies they were much cheaper and faster in their communicationUnfortunately, the service we recd was very different. Without going into too much detail, I suggest you find another company to move your items. Mr Move unfortunately does not deliver as per their promises

To show how suspect this company is - the main guy who calls himself Steve, isnt actually called Steve (I wont say his real name here but his initials are TA - not hard to find him on social media with a bit of effort).A lot of the reviews here are also done by people on his friends list on IG/FB. No valid TL exists for the company the last time I checked so would avoid on that basis alone. Theres a big smelly rat here!

My move from Dubai to England was fantastic, priced very well and everything went according to plan. I was informed throughout my journey wish I had used these guys on my initial move to Dubai. The move coordinator was fantastic kept me up to date right till the very end could have not asked for more of a professional service.

My husbands review is far too kind. Mr Move destroyed some of our possessions, misplaced/lost/gave away others, refused to say sorry, and used their terms and conditions to deny us recompense for our losses.Their main defence? That wasnt on the packing list - of course if you dont create a packing list (like Mr Move) then youll never have to admit youve lost or damaged anything!You have been warned! If you want loss or damage then Mr Move would be an excellent choice....

This is our second time in three years that we’ve used Mr Move. The first time it took me multiple quotes to find a moving company to meet our budget. We had a 5 bedroom villa moved, with a lot of delicates, furniture and home gym equipment. I’ve moved many times in the past 12 year and so I was well aware of the number of days and trips between houses it would have taken. Steve was the only one that gave me a spot on estimate (3 days). It was almost as though he read my mind. This may not be such a big deal, but to me that displayed they’ve got experience and the professionalism required to undertake such a big move. One company came and offered to do it for less in one day. Another came and offered to do it for more in the same number of days and there was only one other company that matched Steve’s quote but somehow they didn’t click. In hindsight, I’m so glad I went with Mr Move.Two years later and we were moving again. I knew just the company to call. I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Steve is a pleasure to deal with. He’s friendly, polite and easy to reach out to. The team they send is just fabulous. Ahmed, the team lead, is a fantastic guy. He knows what he’s doing, is polite and he and his team mates went out of their way to ensure we’re completely satisfied with everything. Not only did they move the furniture without a scratch, they moved and replaced our chandeliers, fixtures, frames, TVs (65 inch) and spent time and care organizing and placing everything where it should be. Every single guy on their team played a part - they would do their bit, confirm we’re satisfied, re-do if necessary and keep coming back for additional instructions as and when necessary. It was so pleasant having them manage everything without us feeling fatigue of any kind. Most importantly, because they had planned the number of days accurately, they weren’t in a rush and so in turn did not make us feel pressurized. We could take our time to decide where to place what. They were active, full of energy and ever ready to do anything. The most complicated of things was the gym equipment and an exercise machine, which they gracefully disassembled and reassembled. They had an excellent technician on their team (Zafar) that knew exactly what to do, no instructions required. One of our chandeliers was quite large with dozens of hanging crystals. I was slightly nervous they may wreck it but managed to remove and install it perfectly. These guys are smart, respectful, caring and most importantly think before moving anything from A to B. They aren’t blindly moving things around but instead offer alternatives if something doesn’t go according to plan (such as a cabinet that you thought would fit but didn’t).All in all, I’d highly recommend you give them a try. Don’t be fooled by their competitive pricing. They’re actually giving you more than they quote you for. I rate them 5/5.

Amazing company, friendly staff, move went stress free. Was worried as over 100 moving companies on google but must say by far the best. Steve overlooked the move. 5***** will definitely recommend to friends and family...

Used them for storage services, there new storage facility in Al Quoz is awesome! They gave me my own room and keys.The team that came to pack my items where on time, very friendly, respectful and efficient in there work.VERY HAPPY :)

Moved from Business Bay to Palm Jumeirah last weekThey team arrived on time and wow I was amazed how professional the team was, they packed everything! Once we got to Palm they asked me where I wanted all the items and unpacked everything and yes a 3 bedroom in 1 day WOW.Very happy with Mr Move and the guys! Will 110% use again THANK YOU!!!

Im pretty fussy now when it comes to moving, because Ive had a lot of things broken and destroyed. So, you can imagine that I was cautious with my last move, and went through a rigourous screening process of five companies. I have to say that I was a little bit skeptical, but felt assured once I saw these guys in action. They were completely professional, handled my stuff like gold, and pointed out any scratches or knicks on my furniture prior to packing. They also did a great job on hanging my curtains and TV. I referred them to my neighbour in the new building, and hopefully he will get the same quality of service that I received.

Most efficient and proffesional company ive ever used. Having imported and exported many things from many countries this was by far the quickest ,. No excuses, no hidden extra charges ,quite the opposite they did all they could to reduce costs and get my things shipped ASAP Picked up same day, improved packaging with out asking and diliverd with no damage in the one hr time frame they gave..( better than between 8am and pm or 1pmand 8pm or even 8am to 8pm given by many companys) delivery drivers both sides proffesional,helpfull . This export was dubai to Uk saved me 25% on other companys quotes to the door by flight.

An awful experience. Damage, losses, lies - time is too short to list everything that went wrong. There are dozens of move companies in Dubai - look elsewhere and avoid the unnecessary risk.

I wish I could put a zero star for this company - Mr Move. They broke my-Dining chair-Bed Frame-Rubbish bin-Glasses (more than 1)I have used several moving companies and this company was the worst. They didnt even tell me that they broke all these items. They hid it until I found it at the end of the move. They were unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please save yourself from any hassle by selecting other mover.

Awful experience. A bag delivery that was meant to take 5-6 days took 11 days to arrive. The bag was repacked without our knowledge and multiple items were damaged as a result. No explanation was provided and throughout all of this, the communication from Mr Move was poor and hugely lacking. Avoid!

I’ve moved from Dubai to Dibba Alfujerah. I’ve contact Mr.move and they moved all my furniture. They did really excellent job❤️. They made my life easy 😅. The funny thing even my brush teeth they put in same postion at my new apartment 🤩

I had to pick some ideas at a friends villi, but work was so busy. With Just a call moving guys was dispatched, rapped up, and stored for the next week when I was free to collect..... Thanks Mr Move
