Pathetic service .. Booked cargo from Bur Dubai branch on 3rd Jan 2021, Still not getting any update on my cargo, its been more than 6 months now.. status is showing that still awaiting for custom clearance. No Scheduled arrival date has mentioned on the tracking. When visit the branch for enquire never give satisfied answer on when we receive our parcel. Its been very disappointing experience with Best Cargo.. it should be renamed as the WORST CARGO from Dubai to India.Never recommended this cargo services. Instead you can search better cargo in surrounding area. I am still afraid that I would get my 100+ Kg shipment or not .. if would get would it be safely delivered or not. Hey Best Cargo Management, dont you feel shame. It is more than 07 months now. Still, you are saying some beautiful Stories to me... What you want actually?., these company is only focused to earn money from somebodys pocket. Do not trust these service, everybody who is watching this review..plz plz use any other cargo service. I will not say any other company name but I personally affected from this company so from my heart I will not recommend this Best (worst) Cargo team.

There is no star in negative. Very very unprofessional staff and irresponsible business ethics. Almost 5 months now. I have been hearing different stories every Saturday for the last 3 months. Whatever the situation, they are 100 % responsible for their service to the customers. But the way they speak it tells that their job is over and will not take care of your valuable things earned by hard-working Money. The final worst part is, still collecting cargo from innocent new customers who dont know about these frauds. Lost my hope...

Its been 7 month still my cargo not reach… November 28 2020 i send through sea cargo they promosed us within 35 days it will reach still no response from their side they dont answer our call or give any correct information about our corier….also on the bill they put less amount what we send because they said to reduse their tax… first time i am send through this best cargo and i never want to send through this again no any more recommended this…very bad service…

Since Dec 2020 my parcel not reached the destination. every month they are saying new story. what should we do ? Now they are saying its in hyderabad for valuation. What are all reasons you have to extending this . Really Im fed up . Does anyone facing same problem? What should we do . Its gonna be years to get??

I have reported to a police now need to file a case in the court .. lots of people are suffering same like me.. why dont we all gather n make a case against them in the dubai court..Been 6 months untill now my items missing why on earth i chose this cargo.. who kept there name best cargo its worst company and very bad service

Please guys never ever send your valuables from these thieves I am calling their office, toll free ,mobile no one is replying ..I sent my cargo on 22/12/2020 and still waiting for delivery its been 5 months and same answer .we all should lodge police complaint in order to compensate our cargo cause they will never deliver even they will do our foodstuff is wasted which is 90% of my cargo..

I had sent my cargo on 11th dec 2020 by air caargo to banglore. with a commitment of delivering with 20 - 25 days. Now ( 18 jan 2021) i havent recieved my cargo yet. The customer service is also worst. They are telling different sotries every hour. One person says it is because of block in india and other person says there no clearance in bamglore,other one says due to customs 🛃 issue we r not getting clearance and other person says our parcel is in mumbai. This is the worst and top of that i do not recommend anyone who is willing to send the cargo with their hard earned money. Worst service not at all happy, would give it a 0.0001 out of 10.Edit : Still havent recieved yet (August 6). Pathetic service. Should be renamed as Worst cargo.

The worst service eevr I have received i my life.. The staff are not professional , worst customer service , and no manners even..I have sent an air cargo from uae on 10/12/2020 . They promised me will deliver within 20 to 25 days. Now its more than 30 days.. Till now its not delivered and they dont have any idea when it will be.. They are trying to fool around the people.. We are giving the charges what they are asking and now they dont have any responsibility at all....

I send sea cargo from Deira branch on 3rd and 10th November 2020 . Tracking numbers are (SEAB 15330 & SEAB 16030).Delivery was promised in 30 days. however, first cargo was delivered after 45 days (see proof of Delivery) and second cargo not delivered yet. its been 5O days already and i came back from Kerala after my 45 days vacation.. i dont know whom to contact for my cargo.Not attending calls in Kerala and Person in Charge in Deira office lying about the Delivery date...I fed up calling these guys for my cargo... Worst Cargo service i have ever dealt with....

Very poor service and quality as well i send totL of 5 boxes to india around 80% of my items got damaged and it reaches after 56 days when i ask them they said its not their responsibility how the item will reach its so disappointing for us those items we send as a gift for our relatives. This branch is located in bur dubai Opposite Astoria hotel i prefer no to this cargo to all my relatives and frens there price is 5.25dhs so the quality of service is also very poor better i will spend more money so the my expenses will be worth.

We booked from dubai items to Bangalore we have been given the items in month of December 2018 and it’s almost end of feb 2019 and items not yet recieved and only excuses about customs when we have paid for customs as well, we listen no solution yet, I suggest people to not to recommend this agency for cargo services still waiting for items
