I’d like to write in short my experience with TFM.I have encountered an attempt of fraud from one seller when he sent me fake item via TFM and I paid COD.Later on, when I figured it out I contacted TFM express and they were very supportive, staff and managers, and sided with the right side to combat the fraud. They held the amount and forced the seller, who was completely ignoring all my attempts to contact him, to settle down with me, return the item and get my money back.And that exactly what happened with TFM managment huge support.However, in terms of delivery and timing; in both occasions it was next day delivery.It’s recommended to have business with them. Peace of mind, professionalism, fast delivery.

One of the worst delivery experiences ever . They update that the items are delivered and received by customer but in reality the items arent delivered . This was an order from Amazon but assigned to these guys . Absolutely pathetic service and when you call them , they dont answer the line . I am dealing with Naqel express and they use TFM express for delivery services. The delivery man or driver sometime does not deliver the shipment on same day as scheduled but keep in his van and message to customer that he unable to contact the customer although he actually did not contact the customer . I have raised three complaints about delivery driver.When message send out for delivery the driver must deliver the shipment . He needs to contract and call customer at least three times Every 2 hrs .Hope that TFM management take this feedback seriously and recruit qualified driver who are honest and hard working.

This company is extremely unprofessional, not answering the phone and when they finally do, they do not deliver your products on time.I am terminating my contract with them after less than 2 weeks of collaboration as they were not able to deliver the item requested by my client and for coming totally unprepared for the pick up (no documents, no pouch).Their costumer service is terrible, after numerous complaints no representative was getting in touch with me to answer my inquiries.Beside that, when this company was assigned to deliver me a product from Saudi Arabia, they informed the sender that I was unable to be reached but they didnt even try to contact me, delivering the product after 2 other days, time that I had to call numerous time in Saudi Arabia to inquire about the situation

Veryyyy bad experience with this courier company!!!!My order had to be delivered on 11 Oct 2020 and the parcel was not delivered to me until 24 oct 2020 inspite of following up with them for past one week and asked them to check if my delivery details are all correct and the company confirms they are correct and updated.. Finally they give me a stupid reason that the delivery details were not correct and the shipment was returned back to the seller without any notice to the client!!!!!Unprofessional behavior

The worst company I have ever deal with!!Their driver pickup the shipment from Hub then keep it with him, at the end of the day he will return it with him and says that customer asked for next day delivery...The following day I kept calling the customer care every 30min and still the same happened!!Ok, we have one update here on 24th Nov 2020:The same exactly, i asked Amazon for a return its was delayed for more than 3 days, then they registered new request then as you can see in the picture for 3 days they are out to pick up the package then again they will register it as i asked for next day but no one ever call!!

Worst of the worst. driver keeps leaving packages worth over 500 AED on front door, No knocking, no calling. This goes strictly against Regulations. As i am emirati i have complained to government. I have been told they have too many complaints against them. Contacted amazon to be told again Toooo many complaints against them. And a pathetic we are sorry wont happen again reply isnt acceptable, as it has happened 7 times more since.

TFM deserves no rating at all. Worst experience. My delivery from Sharaf DG is handled by them. My courier was returned with remark that my mobile number was invalid/wrong/not reachable. This is purely unprofessional remark as I am sure my mobile is working perfectly. I was at home entire day and no chance of out of coverage area. They just don’t deliver on time and putting false remarks to show they are trying. Unbelievable.I tried to make a complaint in their website. Not able to submit the complaint. They don’t want anyone using that option it seems.Will never use this again.

What is going on? I honestly believe that is a scam company, they lie saying that Im the reason for my delivery not happening when I have not received any calls or even text messages to inform me. I have been waiting on my courier since 4th April from Sharaf DG. Today is 19th and still haven’t received the item and everyday when I call the staff says tomorrow. Most horrible courier service ever. I have received items from China where the order was place just 10 days back and these guys are unable to deliver item within Dubai in such sort time. Since two days the delivery guy just calls up so I could explain the location and then says ok tomorrow. I suggest none of the retailers and people use their service ever.

Horrendous company. I am still waiting for a delivery from Amazon which should have arrived on 23rd of March. They do not answer the phones, they have no idea where the goods are even though a tracking number is provided. No call backs received to confirm delivery dates or answer complaints. Truly awful service and it will make me reconsider using Amazon in the future. It is clear that Amazon have no control over them. Avoid using TFM Express at all costs.

I have a misunderstanding with the delivery. I did not know that naqel and tfm express were working together. The customer service or customer relations team replied to my email and they sorted it out and they also ask about my other shipment for updates. I am really happy with the service so far. This is the item from my package. Again thank you for the service. Sometimes bad experience from other people doesnt mean you will also experience the same as they are upgrading their service overtime.

Worst courier ever. TFM deserve a solid minus-five star rating. I would remember the name TFM and any time they want to deliver something to me, I’d refuse to take, so that Naqel & Amazon can learn to engage competitive people.Owner should fire whole operarions and customer relationship teams, if he wants to stay in the business.

The delivery man called and I didnt pick up after 50 minutes I called him and he said It will be delivered tomorrow. I had to wait all day waiting for him, still the item wasnt delivered. Called the CS the next day and they informed me that the delivery man changed the address thats why it wasnt delivered and they dont know when It will be delivered.

Such a worse courier company in UAE. They lost one of our high value shipment and no compensation paid. 2 shipments are neither delivered nor returned even after 6 months. No response from contact numbers and emails. Im sad that I cant put negative rating for this stupid courier company.

Very bad service. In fact the worst ever. I have ordered 2 items separately from AliExpress China and I paid 5 us dollars each for the items to be delivered to my home address. After the items arrived in Dubai they called me twice to deliver the packages and they asked for my address,although the address is clearly mentioned on the package. They informed me they will deliver next day. They never came. In fact I received a message from post office that the items are ready for collection. I had to travel 20 km to post office to collect the packages. Not only that but they charged me 21 dhs extra for both packages although I have already paid for delivery.

Very poor service!! one courier i sent out is not delivered and nobody called from this courier to inform me. I tried calling many times and after a long time, one of their staff answered. I asked about the status of the deliveries, requested them to return it back to me. The worst thing is that, i asked why nobody called and she said that I am not a regular customer who signed contracts with them so I have to follow up and send email. I have an account with them and i have pending COD(CASH) with them and it took almost 3 weeks to process it and until now they still have 1 pending COD for me. i have also 1 returned item but until now they didnt return it to me. Rehman said, they are posting in their Tracking that they contacted me that recipient not available, while the whole day Im calling them they said they will delivery before 6 PM but no one call nor come. I would not recommend this Courier Company, they dont have a system at ALL. Their tag line is PRO DELIVERY but I in reality it is POOR DELIVERY. I wish they have call and cannot do the delivery on the promise date but instead they will give you FALSE PROMISES just to keep you waiting the whole day.

Terrible service, my order was received by them on the 4th, the shipper made a mistake by writer a wrong address but the company never reached out, two times the delivery guys said I lived too far and I told them the location is wrong they said theyll update the location but it wasnt fixed and I contacted the customer service a lady said youll receive it by tomorrow that was 2 days ago.
