Once you put a box from them they will save your number and that will be the last time they answer your call. Fraudsters No1..if google has given 0 rating i would have chosen that. Better avoid this cargo service 0/10 my rating.{ dont see a reply option to your response ,provide me a email to contact you. }

A worst cargo I ever seen in my life. This cargo is not a professional cargo. More than 70 days still I didnt receive my things. When I loaded they agreed to deliver within 45 to 55 days. Before a week I called this cargo owner directly. After I called him he saved my mobile number and not answering the calls. Im sending WhatsApp message to this cargo owner (he said that he is the owner), he read all the messages and not replying but time to time he is coming online. If we call him from a different number he will answer and will start to manipulate this and that. Im not Not recommended at all.

I sent one meter wooden box on 22/04/2021Still No responsible from srilanka & UEAThis is almost 4 months still I’m waiting to clear my box and some of the things are expired because of them.Don’t put or send from this company all are very very cheaters.Don’t ever use this company for your cargo requirements. Very very bad service not recommended at all..! No responsible person available in SL office to respond to calls. Have to pay additional charges which not been advised at the time of loading the cargo. The worst company that I have ever delta with. It too almost 4 months to clear my cargo with great difficulty. Don’t ever use this company for your cargo requirements.

Very bad sevices, please do not put your valuables to this cargo, you will get tense yourselves by following this peoples to deliver your stuffs.I given my stuffs on November 2020 first week and not yet reached to my home.

Worst Cargo Ever.. I have sent my cargo on 2020 october, and they acted like they are professional and very fast but then due to their payment issue to Ceylon Shipping lines, Ceylon Shipping kept the cargo themselves in Colombo until theEmbassy cargos payment is settled. but they have told everyone that the reason is bcz of Covid 19 ......liars...I have never expected this much of fraud it is been 5 months then last week only i got to collect my cargo in my town branch and they have collected more than 6K by saying irrelevant payment fees and delivery blah blah.. worst cargo never trust them..

Worst Cargo ever. Took 5 months to deliver the items. My mother in law went 4 times to check the status after several calls because they dont answer your calls. One time one person in sri lanka mentioned you do whatever you want. Go to police as well. Prices are cheap and so is the service. Pathetic. Scammers only.

Not worth even one star. Appalling service. Box which is being sent on 20 Dec 2020 is still not gone. Only answer they give is next week and reason covid. But the cargo companies have cleared boxes which has gone during last week of January 2021. Any Sri Lankans who want to use Embassy cargo services, think twice. There are other cargo companies who are more efficient than these people.

The main phone number keeps rejecting my call. How are we going to reach out when there is an issue? Better to avoid.

Thier saying 24hr working ..but Im trying 2days for calling no body answer the phone ...why like that how were contact you. You dont have a office number also please fallow up..thank you

Honest cargo

Not recommended at all. They did not deliver my cargo for more than 75 days. No one is answering the calls. Some of their employees blocked my number. I never seen such a worst service in my life.

Very Bad Services. After taking the baggages they don’t even respond to the calls. I will not recommend Embassy Cargo to any of my friends or colleagues.

Strictly not recommended.We paid 1370dhs for Cargo. They promised we will not have to pay a penny at the time of clearance.At the time of clearance we ended up paying additional Rs.17000++ for clearance.The officers in Srilanka ditched half the things.Finally ended up losing Rs.17000+ money and also 50% of the goods.Worst cargo service ever.

I wanted to send a cargo box through embassy cargo but I have changed my decision after read the reviews below, yeah they are so irresponsible they couldnt even response to such negative reviews posted publicly.

Best cargo delivery from Dubai to Sri Lanka!! Quick and prompt service. Kasun was wonderful and helped me a lot with loading. My package reached Sri Lanka safely without a single scratch.

I shipped all my household items from abudhabi to colombo. All my furnitures and home appliances which were used actually. They have packed the items in a very safe manner and I received my goods perfectly without any problem. The customs clearance was a little slow because of the rush but overall I am satisfied with their service.100% recommended.
