My cargo was was delivered very safely and most importantly..they delivered on date as promised....timely updating the customer on every status was the best thing....highly recommended...best service...

It is a disaster for me. I sent my cargo in June 2020. But no update as of now (September 2021). I am in India and dont know how to handle this situation. I am very worried. Please help me. Someone...I have some friends in Sharjah. They tried contacting. But the company is supposedly closed. Dont know hat to do. I dont know whom to contact.Please do not ever book from this company.

Hi guys I sent 2 boxes Sea cargo around 68kg dated 30th July to Mumbai. I was told that it would take approximately 30-35 days and can you imagine the cargo reached today evening in just 14 days. Hats to 123 cargo MGroup. The Staff is really helpful and adress all quires. The girl in Dubai office also went to the extent to give me Mumbai office. We had sent cargo from Dubai on 29th May 2020. They had assure us the time of 01 Month But it might be more. We have sent around 60Kg of 03 boxes. Everything was packed infront on courier guyz only. We were continous followup since July as they told it might take some more time. We received 1 Box around month of September. So me and family were contionous touch with them everytime they use to give some specific date and there was no update from them Its already been 11 Months we havent received the cargo. In middle of these month when we are calling they are telling us the cargo cannot be clear due some custom issue. they are like let us know how much will be the cost of the Items. Now when we are calling them to tell the cost the company is not answering the call. There are very Important items in the boxes.Can anyone please help me!The worst service Ever!Please dont go to 123 Cargo service

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!Don’t waste your money and time by using these guys to ship stuff.I shipped 3 boxes of stuff including a 55” TV to Kerala (where apparently they claim to be the experts). At the time of packing, they claimed the items will be delivered within 30 days which was later revised to 45 days at the first instance of follow up call. The items were picked up on August 29, 2020 and I received it on December 3, 2020. I can safely say that dealing with them was one of the worst experiences I have had in my time sending stuff anywhere in the world. They usually don’t answer your calls/WhatsApp messages. I had to use different numbers to reach out to them! On the rare occasions when they do, they display zero care or concern for the delay in delivery and talk as if this is to be expected.They said the TV is packed in a specially designed box to ensure safety and I received it with the screen broken, rendering it useless! Ironically, they used to be my client in my previous job and have met the owner and the employee (with whom I coordinated...or tried to) several times. Guess I should have trusted the reviews...Professionalism is not something they understand.

Dont trust this shipping company. Cheating on us everyday. They have given me lot of commitments througout these past 5 months by Mr. Ratheesh, Mr. Sunil, Mr. Latheef. Till now i didnt get my packages . When i wad calling to dubai office, they were telling sharajah is managed by different office and we were doing the different invoices, we dont know this exactly about the issue. Recently this dubai office put post that fraud malpractice is happening in the name of 123 cargo, you need to choose the correct logo 123 cargo with M group on it. Before to that they had one single website and try to differentiate the company now in order to cheat the customer again and again. Please dont do the business until you clear the existing problems and understand this. We are waiting for your response.

One of the worst courier company I have seen, please do not use this company if you value your items.. I have sent my courier with them on 05th Oct20 to India. They have promised to be delivered in 30 - 45 days, i have recieved my shipment om 15th Dec20, after continuous follow and reminders to them.Worst part is, all the products couriered have reached my address in pathetic condition.. Every single thing is broken, even metal jars are bent inside the box.. I can only imagine the way of handling these guys have done to my shipment..Pls do not use this company for any shipment related activities..I wish there is a way I can post pictures here for everyone to understand the way these guys have handled my shipment..😡😡😠😠

I was bit reluctant to use the service of 123 Cargo due to some reviews however one of my friend recommended them as he used them more than once. I am very happy with the service - they did an excellent job in transporting almost 10 cbm of my cargo. The packing was done excellently by Jinu and team so that none of the glass items were not even scratched. The clearance at Kochi by Shemas was fast and customer friendly. I got my shipment within 20 days.

Had a worst experience ever. They don’t even consider to take order from customer. Called multiple times to drivers, manager, and at office. No response. Totally unprofessional behaviour.
