Hygiene and Care quality is atrocious, For an Arabic lesson on Sunday we had to rotate classrooms (during Covid-19) without any sort of cleaning or sanitization as well as fitting 20 people in half a swimming pool (20x10) meters. The next day I felt a severe case of multiple symptoms as well as most of my friends, students and in different levels, out of my 4 friends and me, the symptoms includes - Headache (3) Nausea (1) Soar Throat (2) Stomach ache (3) Blocked nose (3) Runny Nose (3) Vomiting (1) Dizziness (4). If you (the school) are reading this please take proper security measures with Hygiene, Cleaning and support by staff. My friends teacher did not care when my friend said he was sick and only cared about his shoelace being tied, overall just please check the quality of hygiene and please change it.

I’ve been a student at GWA for 7 years and there’s no school better. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, everyday there are at least 20 people that say good morning or hello with a big smile.Even though with the situation it’s been harder the learning experience hasn’t changed. The hallways are always spotless and the classrooms respect social distancing by have the desks at a 2 meter distance from each other. Every class has at least 1 hand sanitizer dispenser if not more.All of the teachers are amazing and no matter what it takes they will do the best that they can for you to feel safe and happy. Every teacher will do anything to help you learn but without pages and pages of homework and books instead they do it by making it fun.This school really does feel like home.

I used to attend this school its the best. The teachers teach very well they never give up on you. The hallways are always clean.

Whilst this school offers extensive facilities - planetarium, recording studio, olympic sized swimming pool, etc. the real value in this school is in the community. This school feels like a family, and it really is a wonderful place to be.

My teenage boys go to GWA, theyre challenged, happy and are exceeding my expectations academically. We came from a British Curriculum school & I was unsure how the change in curriculum to IB would work out but its been the best decision I made for their education. Top UK Universities, here we come!

We are an Indian family based in Dubai for last 23 years .My three children have been going to GWA since 2008 and eldest one who joined GWA as a GR 4 student graduated last year and got admission at Business School in San Francisco .They have a very happy and positive experience at the school ,a second home to them.Excellent qualified teachers and amazing leadership has brought this school to the highest academic and social standards .I am so blessed to have my children here and look forward to see my youngest child graduate in 2026 Inshallah:)

My experience was shockingly awful. First of all, the mathematics program is dreadful. The teacher doesnt provide the student with proper explanations, yet she expects excellent results on tests. Teachers dont care whether their students do well or not- why should they anyway, these teachers are people who temporarily came to this country just for money, and theyre going to leave just as fast.Second of all, science taught at this school is a total disaster. The teacher ( usually) doesnt provide students with any scientific knowledge in branches of science like biology, chemistry or physics, he/she only teaches how to write lab reports on general matters. In particular, I would like to provide an example of Ms. Lauren Guinane, my science teacher who demonstrated basic elements of rudeness, laziness and unprofessionalism. She never graded a couple of assignments due at the beginning of the year, yet she provided us with a little bit of time(1 class) to complete it. Also, Ms. Guinane demonstrated elementary unprofessionalism and incompetency in science by telling me that water is one of the waste products of photosynthesis( google it, its not!). In addition, Ms. Guinane didnt know that the third energy level of an atom could hold 18 electrons. Overall, I have no choice but to give a bad review to the school mainly due to one of the staff- Ms. Lauren Guinane.

I am in this school for 7 years and i have met every teacher and i have seen every little change the school has made including the massive one this year the last 3 years were the schools best run but now they have changed everything. 85% of the classic GWA students including me all left because we were informed about the changes my girlfriend still goes to this school and is in grade 6 the grade i would be in if i would of went to that school and she says that everything has changed and its not at all the same anymore and all the magic and warmth the school provided is gone and the best principals and teachers and councilers are gone too. This school used to be the best school in Dubai but not anymore and i saw it coming too the drop of quality reallly started to show last year and i wish that everything could just go back to normal and to the school like i remembered it this was such a great school and please take my word for it i would do anything for this school and the people there without a doubt. I would probably put my kids there if i ever live in Dubai again. It used be a treat and a honor to say you were going to this school but the amount of kids they have just impacted the whole thing there are over 15,000 STUDENTS not including teachers from Pre-k to grade 12 which i can very much believe but long story short this school will take you in and turn you or your child into an open minded child. Without a doubt this school gave me the confidence and the education that made me do great things now and because i graduated from elementary school there finding any school was no problem. Guaranteed this school will make you a part of there family and although you may seem lost,dumb or unimportant or shy this school will help even if it takes 7 years.

This was an awful and shocking school. the teachers dont care about you at all and i used to dread going to school. the kids are stuck up and mean and all the teachers have an attitude. i had to move because there were many incidents where a kid had physically bullied me and hurt me and the teachers couldnt care less and called me a bad friend for telling on him for being stabbed in the arm with a fork. they are disrespectful and mean and it was the worst experience i have ever had. i didnt like any of my teachers or classes and no matter how many ties we complained they wouldnt do a single thing about anything because all they care about is money. there are so many better schools out there....find one!!! this school is the worst and i would never in a million years recommend it!!!!!! :( :( :( :l :/

Worst school ever, isnt worth their tuition fees, no education, no safety, bullying issues with a very shallow response from the school, my daughter got strangled there and I was about to call the police but the school assured me that everything will be ok by removing this girl from my daughters class but they can still meet in the breaks so I moved her from school after only one term.

A session
