We went last Sunday for a birthday dinner.My friends said the staff wouldnt allow them to hang some balloons from the glass windows but they remained there the whole night.The view and the restaurant are nice.The restaurant was understaffed but at the same time, we were almost the only ones there, so we shouldve got a bit more attention from them.It was great to find a place with alcohol and pork licenses.I ordered a pizza with parma ham and it was OK. Paired with some red wine, which was my third choice as the other two were not available.Overall a good experience.

Vivaldi Restaurant and Lounge located in the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers offers authentic, fresh and delicious Italian food. It has been around since a very long time and the food and service is consistently good. We visited them yesterday for Vivacious Brunch, an evening brunch that happens every Friday from 6:30pm-10pm. They serve buffet-style Italian food and we really enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere, view and the service.

With most the amazing view of the Dubai creek. This Italian restaurant is must visit if you want to have a romantic dinner or lunch. Also doubles as a breakfast venue for guests at Sheraton Dubai creek.

Went for the Friday evening brunch. View was nice but the food was average. The only pizza that was available was margarita. They had bolognese, Alfredo and spaghetti with tomato sauce for pastas.I expected a wider variety or a station where you choose your pasta, choose your sauce, and then choose your add ons. But there wasnt anything of the sort.There was quite a variety of desserts but nothing wow. They even had a station with fried stuff like mozzarella sticks, onion rings etc but I didnt try them because it was there for a while and looked really cold. It was a nice place, but I wouldnt go there again. :(

Vivaldi has a superb location (it overlooks the Creek) and is well appointed with chic décor and a menu that caters to most. In the past, its been a Michelin star restaurant. On my last visit (19/6/21) the food was excellent and the staff , helpful and courteous. However, they provided a far from 5 star service. A shame, as I had guests with me and it was hard not to notice or comment on it. It was an extremely humid evening, so we lost the view. It was the main reason to dine there.

Last night I went to Vivaldi at the Sheraton and I had an amazing experience. Excellent food, drinks and the view is the best of Dubai. What impressed me the most is the quality of the food, authentic Italian and every dish super tasty. Also very nice service and very reasonable price, recommended!

We had the beef carparcio for starters which was the best of three dishes.Sad to say the gnocchi and ravioli mains were the worst I have ever had. Gluggy and heavy.We were so put off by or mains that we didnt want to try the dessert options.The place had a nice abience and kind staff.

I went to this restaurant for my Birthday celebration, I really regret! only good thing about it was the view. Poor service, food was bad, unfriendly waitress. I never came back!

Vivaldi at the Sheraton Creek in Dubai has a special experience – Dine in the Dark. I was glad to experience it. The interiors are modern and have a great view of Dubai Creek. It was 2nd day of Eid so we caught the fireworks as well.

Nice place and the view on creek is magnificent,but i can not rate it as 5 stars , as i attended Ramadan buffet and this is my feedback.Variety and food quality are below expectations comparing to buffet price and to other restaurants at the same level in other hotels .A buffet station is in unnoticeable area behind salads station with no signage or clear directions and no body is directing guests to this area , oozi was not fresh and not well cooked , cold as well .Desert corner is poor.Pasta is disaster, and station has some items( mezzah) and only two kind of pastas which I can say not tasty nor fresh.To be fair salads corner has a good variety.Team members are offering good service and friendly , my comment is that our table was not cleared for some time after we finish eating, though there was enough number of service team, but I did not complaint as i noticed other tables facing the same.No sanitizers placed on tables and not in other areas ( at least in the restaurant ) except toilets.All in all i evaluate it as an average experience for a restaurant in a hotel.A comment ( no complaint ) on washrooms to hotel management, the water flow from toilet flush is too much and it is such a water waste.

One of the finest restaurants and lounges in Dubai with a beautiful view towards the creek and Dubai Skyline. The food was really tasty and beautifully presented. I recommend the Octopus salad and the Seabass filet and for drinks the Diavola Martini is a must try. The service was very professional and all the staff are friendly. We went there on a romantic dinner for my birthday and everything was perfectly organized. I will definitely come back to this place. It is highly recommended for special occasions and for a sweet gathering with friends and drinks on the terrace.

I will share my experience regarding the iftar buffet, we were 4 at the buffet and we didnt like it at all, the food varieties were so limited not so many dishes as they told me over the phone, the food taste is soooo basic, nothing special at all, it has nice view but overall we didnt enjoy the food.I booked the smoking area as it is supposed to be an open air place and when I arrived it was closed and I asked the waiter about the open area, he told me you can go to the other restaurant!!And it is overprice (179 AED per person) comparing to other buffet where can serve you best quality of food and service and varieties.

What a miss-understanding! I cant believe that such a restaurant survives in Dubai!! Its a shame to call it Italian food; the cold appetisers very limited and only one was acceptable to eat! Similar applies to the hot appetisers. The main dishes (only three) were below average. The only things I could give a high rating on is the view!Very disappointing experience for me and family. We do not recommend this place, at all!

I had the evening brunch there with my family last Friday and it was AMAZING!. The food was delicious with loads of options. The staff were very attentive and the restaurant manager Ippolita was awesome and very helpful too. I would definitely come back again!

Such a fantastic night. If youre looking for a chilled out night with a beautiful view, this is definitely the brunch for you. The atmosphere and ambience was relaxing and service was excellent. Ippolita and Ibna were first class and so attentive and accommodating. Drinks were plentiful with a nice selection of food. Cant wait for the Winter with those stunning views!

Top Friday Brunch (price for value). We were there more than 20 times in the past years. The location directly with an amazing Creek view and the Restaurant interior design are very relaxing. The entire Vivaldi team is very friendly and professional, especially the restaurant manager Madame Ipoletta. The quality and the selection of the food varies sometimes in between the range 3.8 to almost 5 stars, but in the average it is around 4.3 - 4.5. The price is very reasonable. For my family and me the Vivaldi Restaurant is among the best Friday Brunch (price for value). So overall summary, if you don`t know, where to go for a Friday Brunch, the Vivaldi is always a good choice. Dr. Chris

Loved the place and the Master Class Chef De Cuisine Andrea Russo with whom we had a nice half an hour session before dinner. Ambience was good and the food was good too with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Our first visit was 20 years ago in the Indian restaurant Aashiana, and it was good to revisit the Hotel once again and want to share that it hasnt lost its identity.....in our many visits....Cheers...

A very elegantly designed fine dining restaurant with a wine rack wall to greet you at the entrance. Plush interiors and a chic indoor terrace over looking the creek definitely add to the upscale and romantic feel. Where the restaurant misses out is where it matters the most, the food! The pasta dishes were on the heavier side of Al dente and lacking any oomph in flavours. The starters were a bit confusing with some raw meat offerings and asparagus gone astray. All in all not as magical an experience as one would expect.

Amazing for the past 10 years and just went today and it was as good as always. Their pizza is just out of this world.

Posh restaurant with superb Creek and Burj khalifa views, but food quality did not match expectations, certainly for those prices. We had to send back the first batch of bread, and I ordered an escalope al Limone, not on the menu, but italian chef came and wanted to do it. Did not work out well. Starter we had was some cold meat with cream cheese inside, not bad, not WOW neither. Olive oil not the best I had neither ... Then again, I live in Italy these days, so kind of spoiled. Dedicated friendly personnel, all of them, specially reception lady from Bosnia.

Went there twice and two completely different experience. First one we took classical dishes : burrata, pasta with tomota and tiramisu was excellent. Second time, we took : zucchini salad, pasta a la carbonara and kept tiramisu and that was bad.

Lovely restaurant location. We dined on the veranda overlooking the Creek at sunset. Indescribable.Excellent food for quality, freshness and preparation. Lo.staff is prepared, competent and available. Its like feeling at home. Everything perfect I cant find fault. Great.

The hotel parking is available and the price on the place and eating is reasonable.The simple observation is that the reception and service need more attention and better arrangement and organization.

Italian evening brunch, offers everything from appetizers to desserts, both hot and cold, all very nice.The passage of the chefs between the tables during the evening is very appreciated, offering guests different types of pasta and risotto sometimes whipped directly in the form of Parmesan cheese.Negative note: having found many dishes in themselves more elaborate, I was sorry to find frozen pizza and the desserts had a lot of aesthetics but little taste.Great drinks! Recommended!
