Visited the restaurant to experience their Friday Pan-Asian Brunch.One of the few restaurants offering buffet where we enjoyed each food section.We have eaten a lot of sushi’s and tempura’s.You also have the option for an alcoholic beverages.They have plenty of food options but not so overwhelming, in this way you can easily decide which buffet area to start your meal with.They do have live cooking section too and request the chef to cook something for you (you may ask the chef for options).The Manager were so kind to check on each table if everything’s fine and if they need anything and making sure that everything was organized.We were welcomed by the chef right next to the entrance which makes us feel we are special ☺️.Food, place, staff, price ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Hidden gem inside Ramada Jumeirah in Al Mina Road. The staff were warm and friendly. Didn’t have to follow up my request even though the resto was busy when I came. Though the sushi selection were limited. I love the fried shrimp sushi and California maki.

Friday family visit for Gingers Asian brunch including Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisines. With live cooking stations, this is a help yourself casual dining experience with excellent waiter/waitress service to hand, clearing our table between courses promptly, charging my mobile and ensuring we had a relaxing, enjoyable lunch. At just AED 119 with soft drinks, we could have selected AED 229 for alcoholic beverages. We loved their Thai red curry, sushi, dimsum, duck salad, creme brulee and Japanese cheesecake. Really chilled ambience, family friendly, highly recommended.

The only let down is how we purchased on Groupon for the karaoke night deal which isnt part of their promotion anymore, so they would need to look into different platforms for such deals and get things up-to-date. Although, food was great from starters to desserts! Staff are very courteous & friendly.

Joined breakfast at 6:30am and only 1 lady was available with the most boring and unfriendly attitude. We always find people smiling at any hospitality venue but here it was a robotic experience. The food quality was almost average not the one that is supposed to be offered by a 5* hotel. My wife and daughters had to run for their school and we did inform the lady about how were in a rush and believe it or not when i ordered a fruit salad for my daughters and coffee for me she went on fixing the coffee machine for more than 10minutes and as a result my kids had to leave without eating what they asked for because of her. Also when i called her asking to speed up, she was so upset and started talking in her native language while shouting, which seems that she was cursing or something.

The best part apart from the great food are the staff and the service . They are very generous as well as smily people very welcoming. The chief did a great job while preparing our food.We went for a friday brunch and it was a very good experience

Ginger is the South Asian and Japanese dining option of the only 5 star hotel in the Hudaiba area which means you are in for a treat if you decide to visit the restaurant.The hotel is still fairly new by all accounts and has already built a base of loyal followers that has been there since day one. Many of the staff were also part of the pre opening team and are still happy to be working there to this day. I was impressed by this mere fact alone as staff often changes.The restaurant serves some of the more popular items off their menu for their Friday brunch and is a hit as the entire restaurant was sold out, which itself is also pretty impressive.Ginger served sushi, sashimi, seafood, soups and noodles so they serve basically everything that you can think of.For the most part I thought the flavors were good. The Al a carte menu looked exciting but I had the buffet instead, which featured great items off the menu also. Regardless of which option you take, you won’t regret not having tried the other.The kitchen is lively and is in the middle of the restaurant so you can see all the action.The team takes extra effort to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I asked for a drum leg and the chef decided to remove all the meat off by himself which me asking, not that I would have but it goes to show the level of service that the staff proudly portrays.Overall I had a great time and recommend you to visit Ginger at least once.

Fantastic food, good service and the whole theme of dinner in the dark is an experience that I definitely recommend.The weakest point was the wine, if you are a wine lover youd definitely find a lack of decent wine choices.

A delicious Japanese restaurant

The restaurant is very nice. You can watch while cooking. The waiters are really nice. Food came fast and was really fresh and hot. My husbands birthday and we even got a birthday cake plus a little serenade. Was really nice! Would come again.
