LG service centre.After dropping my microwave, there is no update, nor follow up from the centre.Even i tried to call multi times without answers.Now my microwave is there since 2 months and dont know any thing about it.The other point, cost of reparing the microwave is more than the microwave brand new price!( my microwave is 8 month old only)

Nice staff to give good service for LG products. Only one in Dubai so driving to the place may be a hassle if staying far.

Staff is customer friendly and only issue you find is the time taken during invoice preparation.

The worst lg service company, they send you there cheap workers they are unprofessional, untrained and they dont know theere lg product they deliver.Bought LG Signature Air Purifier, the guy delivered it stayed 1 hour trying to figure out how to use it, WTH!, until i told him how to refill the water to make it work.You are LG Athorized service provider and you dont even train your people!!! 👎

Great service. My LG vacuum cleaner broke. Once I found there place (it is hard to locate - down some back alley in Al Quoz).The repair man took my details and the price for service only. Repair price can only be determined after checking.Within 3 working days they called me and asked permission to proceed with repair. Within 2 working days the vacuum cleaner was ready for repair.They even went through how to clean and maintain my vacuum cleaner to save repairs in future.All very easy, quick and hassle free (apart from finding the place 😉🤩).Very happy with service and price.

No one answers the service centre. When you dial 0 for the operator there is no answer... when you dial the number it gets disconnected automatically. They are not interested in helping the clients it seems. Such service centres should shut down.

I had called them for replacing my broken vegetable tray for my LG refrigerator and my call was answered by Aneesh... He was very helpful and helped me throughout the process. Hopefully wouldnt need their services in their near future but if I did I would be happy to call them again.

I called the LG Service Centre Dubai 6 days ago as my LG washing machine is broken. They said that I will receive a call within two days for the technician to come out to see what the problem is. Its 6 days later and today was the first call I received from the Service Centre since I called them. I had to call them inbetween asking when they will send someone out. On day 5 I got someone else out to get my washing machine fixed - I would have thought LG gives better after sales service - its appalling! Will never use them again neither will I refer them to anybody. Its a waste of time trying to get them out.

Hi, Public be careful about Hidden Warrantee terms...I bought a LG split unit 4+ yrs back, recently the outdoor unit got into trouble. when checked by LG team found faulty compressor.They informed me to bear the cost of service, only the compressor is free under Warrantee.New definition for Warrantee.. the spares are free but client need to pay the service...

Useless service, technician called me and was clearly in no mood to visit, tells me the repair price will be 3000dh for a tv which was bought for 3500dh 3 years ago... seriously ?

Never buy any LG product. It is so hopeless. Service center people will never come and check, they cant trace their own bills. They say the system and the software is getting updated and so they dont have any records. The service is useless.
