I gave them 3 star rating just because of their pick and drop service they provided me the work done by them on my car wasnt the one i expected from them..

I had bought one of their coupons from Sky speed marketing services as one of their salesman came to me and were desperately asking me to buy it, I had to visit the garage there times to even use one of the coupons for headlight polish and when I finally met someone to assist me on that they said that I need to use a paid service to use the free coupons where on the coupon it said Absolutely free and no where did it mention in the coupon that I have to use a paid service in order to use a free coupon dont come to this garage as this seems very deceitful and lying to the customer.

I sent the car twice and experience got from bad to worse.Their body work has smears and is very bad. When you confront the standard answer is it needs polish.The worst experience is when I sent the car for a body work repair and then at the time of pick up after 1 week I found that for some strange reason the hand brake is not working and loose and the car breaks are totally weak. Despite the fact that they were fine when I delivered the car.

Do not be deceived by the bentleys and Mercedes parked in this garage.(NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE SPECIALLY IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY INSISTS) They destroyed my Audi after I made a mistake of leaving it in their garage for accident repair. The paint job was the worst I had ever seen, they repaired the radiator and filled it up with water instead of coolant which further lead to another damage to the water body in the car and extra $$$ for repairs and I ended up selling the car for dirt cheap.

I wouldnt recommend this place, as I had VERY BAD experience with my car here. I bought it in for an accident repair to the bumper (covered by insurance). Firstly they didnt give the car on time. Secondly, my car A/C wasnt working after the service. When I came to pick the car, I found the work wasnt completed. Nevertheless they asked me to take my car and told they would complete minor repairs later. The quality of work also is terrible. I dont think they use genuine parts either. To add on to this, once i received the car and started driving, the bumper just came off. I later met the technicians there too. Most of them dont know their job and doesnt follow the SOP.NEVER GIVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS.

I was referred to this garage by my insurance company in June 2019. Very dissapointed with their customer service and the quality of work. They have kept the car for 9 days with no work and started the work only on the day when I said that I am picking up the car.The paint was dripping from the car, some plastic parts were painted in red color, the handles were not painted at all. I had to bring back the car 3 times to fix the job that theyve done and spend whole day in garage to supervise their work.I would avoid this place if you want to have smooth and quality work. Better visit nearby Pal garage. My friend had no issues fixing her in no time and the advisor kept her in the loop throughout the whole process.

They didnt fix my bumper properly so I had to go back to this place but still this technician didnt know how to fix. Finally he brought glue and fix the gap ha ha ha. And I came back home and just realized that they didnt screw my plate. And also they left very horrible paint mark on my bumper. They are not professional at all so check your car properly after they finish. I have ruined my car for my stupid decision but I hope you dont.

Worst workshop you can find in Dubai. This garage was referred by tokio marine car insurance company for my gmc terrain. No proper repair was done and didnt get the car on time. My a/c, battery and radiator was still damaged after their works. And i had to take my car to another garage to finish the works. Also nsurance companies should never refer this kind of workshops to their clients.

Thanks to the insurace company for the approach to alkayed workshop. Well trained technicians and well experienced staff helped alot for my car repair with best quality.I will suggest all the customer who are all staying in dubai and sharjah, kindly try with this workshop.

This garage is on the worst that Ive seen so far. The insurance directed my car to them for fixing. It was small rear accident. It took them 1 week to sort of fix it. However even I picked up the car, the alignment of the trunks lid wasnt done and they didnt put a new bumper which is what they were supposed to do. I would not recommend anyone to use this garage.

Please dont bring your car here. I had to come because my insurance gave me this garage to come fix my car after an accident. First of all they didnt do any work for more than 14 days and gave me the car after almost a month. Even after receiving the car I have so many issues with it that they dont care about fixing.Stay away from this place.

One of worst places advised to take your car, Contribution level is nil & more over they have increased the problem of service rather solving. Solving the issue of directed problem maybe true, But inviting more problem was the end result, By this i end up paying for service & for problems while trying to fix.

It is a very very pathetic garage guys, insurance directed my car there, i went there for repairing, staff was very bad, after keeping my car for 10 days they started working and when i asked them daily they were making fool , and the worst part when i received my car lot of new problem in my car shown, which was not in my car my driving side lock cap is gone, they claimed it was not there, even i handed over them with it, my sun visor was changed, it was someone else, i recognize everything of my car, they are so unprofessional, never go to this car garage, so pathetic work, not professional at all, they gave me so much tension and headache. no one listens to you, top to bottom management is cheater
