If you can chose 0 rating or negative that what they deserve, i cannot recommend this real estate poor customer service, poor assistance, slow email response, most of the time they dont pick up the line, only they are best on processing payment specially for new victims i mean tenants, their flat on discovery garden was deteriorating, AC, Heater, plumbing, etc are poorly maintained, if something happen to your flat dont expect they will help you no matter you emailed/called them and expect to cover those maintenance for replacement at your own cost, no reimbursement nothing well its handled by this 2 staff named Rebecca, Ford, such a shame if they are also just following the management but your the face of this company somehow sorry for that, also they are implementing different rules and standard depends if they see that your an easy victim, even their available flats, etc are not cheap compare to organized and professional real estate and staff.

Continental is fraud. People are cheater. They wont refund your deposit. Avoid continental real estate to save your money because these people are fake, fraud, cheater, thief. They are looting your money. I am taking legal action against them.

They do not refund your deposit and find lame excuses to deduct money at the time of vacating the premises. Very poor maintenance and security. Bachelors are housed in family building.
