The hotel is beautiful. Rooms, beds and all amenities are very luxurious and comfortable. But you need to work with the staff. Our waiter Bacary did not wear gloves and he just held everything with his hands and then touched the food you are about to eat! I also saw how he dropped the food on the floor, and then picked it up and putted back and pretended that nothing had happened. I hope no one got poisoned after this

Very comfortable stay with concerned and attentive staff,yummy variety of breakfast well explained and suggested patiently by the hostess, simple but elegant interiors, modern and cozy for families. Had taken our 74 yr old mum, so definitely safe. We explored the hotel well in the morning and found it peaceful. Special mention of Jerome and Haya who made our duration pleasant. Congratulations to the staff. 👍🏼

Gorgeous and new hotel 🏨.. designed by Turkish designer .. professional work and great finishing .. it opened 6 months ago .. everything was new .. the decorations awesome and super cozy.. collection of gold, silver and rose gold .. many gorgeous paintings 🖼.. the staff was friendly and helpful from different countries.. lobby was great and i was pleasant to sit there .. i had lovely moments.

I bumped into Ollie Hampton whilst leaving Fi’lia at SLS, all I could say is what a guy, these reviews don’t usually go far but please make sure he is rewarded greatly. Ollie welcomed us to the rooftop deck followed by an amazing tour around SLS! We enjoyed his hospitality so much we decided to stay and cancel our plans that evening. Great views of the Burj Khalifa and great drinks. Look after him SLS

Their apartments are nice with good service but a bit of a pricy option.

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is amazing in every aspect- interior design is beautiful and the food is delicious. The view from the rooftop pool is unmatched. The gym can be better though, there are barely any free weights- dumbbells only go up to 12kg. The staff was very accommodating. Cant wait to come back!

Hi, so we went for dinner at Filia, the place is beautiful with awesome views. We had the the truffle pizza as a shared starter which really really good. Then I had the pappardelle al ragu and followed with filiamisu....well, the magic of the really nice pizza died right there. Overcooked pasta with really bland sauce followed with a watery tasting tiramisu, really disappointed. Service was good, no doubt but I went also for the food. So well lukewarm is the best to describe this experience.

Nice view and nice seating area, hope the afternoon tea menu will be improved by adding some pastries and sandwiches. The a.c was hot.

I had a bad experience actually.. everything was good until I reached home the next day.. I left the car with the hotel during my staying but once I reached home I found the windshield washer reservoir cap missed.. which is very annoying cause it’s difficult to find another one.. it costs like 100 aed in the agency but it’s still waste of time and money to go there.. so I called the hotel and they told me they will check with the security and call me back next day.. unfortunately no one called back so I had to contact them again.. they just told me that they didn’t find anything.. while going to the hotel the reservoir was out of water as I tried to clean the glass, and after I received the car the tank was full.. means someone opened and filled it with water and carelessly forgot the cap outside.. so either the security just ignored, or found it and just ignored to hide the mistake.. cause I’m 100% it was there as it has a safety attach which it can’t fall by it’s own.. I’m disappointed from the way they handled it.. it’s a small thing but it made me lose trust of the hotel and ruined my hole experience which was good before it comes to this issue.

Alright here we go so I would have given it a 4 or 5 stars if this incident hadnt taken place .So we thought of checking out Filia and it was beautiful and the food was great and the staff were all warm and welcoming and the experience went well ,until it was time to leave so I bascially spent like an hour at Filia while I dined and wined and I spent another hour waiting for my car in the valet .This incident where I had to wait in out in this heat with a mask on while people kept on coming and leaving before us in like 5 mins while we sat there patiently waiting for 20,30,40,60 minutes until I went to the valet staff for a second time to follow up and refused to leave till they check what happened with my car and they gave me the same generic answer that it will take 2 minutes which it never did .I felt like people are treated with respect as long as they are driving a luxurious car if not get comfy and wait the hour to get your car back .

I had huge expectations for this hotel, however the valet parking team are so slow... but this problem was solved by the availability of self parking. My main problem was and still the AC system in the rooms, where the hotel team did thir best to solve the problem by upgrading my room... but the AC was still not working... I didnt sleep much due to this problem.

The first day was wonderful; however, the 2nd day was an unacceptable action from the housekeeping entered the room without asking and we were at the room which mean he cross my privacy. I hope they acknowledge the staff on this point

I booked for a business lunch at 3pm and I come late 15 minutes and they said the business lunch no longer available which is not flexible at all. Not recommends for the service. If I didn’t book then it’s fine and I booked and inform I will be late a little bit. The inflexible ruin it all. It make me feel the food is not nice as well.

Our stay at SLS was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms, the bed and all facilities very luxurious and comfortable. But the staff really made it memorable. Especially the ladies in Fi’lia - thank you very much for taking such good care of us! They went above and beyond to get me dairy-free yoghurt and everyone was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Sls is really beautiful building! All way so perfect, the views were so fantastic. Very tasty food! But when I was with my friends in the restaurant, the waiter Bakary was so rude with us, and he deceived us with change, when we came the next day to ask about it - he just laughed, called us petty and told us to leave this money for him for tea Very unpleasant person. We will not come back to the restaurant because of this person.

1. I called the guest services 5 times in three hours for a baby crib and to remove the mini bar. I slept the night without the crib and without the minibar removed2. Not a family hotel. There is no dress code applied on guests and on staff. Guests wearing close to no cloth and no one taking any action. Which is against our culture and religion. Same with staff wearing really short skirts that she was pulling it down when we called her. I’m not really sure if this is a well known hotel with 4.6 rating or a dance floor 🙃Never coming again.

Trying to call the guest service more than 5 times no one is answering, and their was a construction at the hotel from 6 Am, it was noisy we cant even sleep and they hotel did not informed us about it.

Most breathtaking views from Filia restaurant on the 70th floor. Its an amazing Italian restaurant and well worth a visit! The pizzas are delicious and you should not miss trying the deserts! Absolutely heavenly!

Terrible hotel staff , never answer the phone when needed , lobby staff are to slow off the feet, very quick to take money from my account and cannot explain why certain things have been charged to my account till I had to go in person and rectify the issue.This aint the first time as I know as few off my friends have had this issue.Ive stayed in hotel side for 2 months and I was charged double the price on my following months with out informing me about putting the rates up and quick to take money.Will deffo not be recommending this place to anyone for sure.Worst hotel staff Ive come across.

I travelled with my teen brother and stayed at the SLS Dubai Hotel for 6 nights as part of my Birthday staycation.Besides the stunning architecture, great location and facilities, the service I received blew me away. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. They really go above and beyond to make the smile on your face even bigger.I really enjoyed my extended stay with no issues.My early check in request was honored at 7am (rare at other hotels).A stunning birthday decor with my favorite color, a complimentary birthday cake and rose petals were also set up before I arrived.I enjoyed how diverse the staff are all throughout especially at the Pool area (great chats with them).Staff that really stood out for me: Shima and Isaac (guest services). They are so friendly and amazing! If you are going to stay there, reach out to them. They went the extra mile in arranging the room setup and transportation amongst other stuff for me.Grace Asprec (so helpful and efficient: she helped me a lot by printing important documents and answering and delivering my numerous requests in a timely manner).Farid (room service): a true hospitality GEM, excellent service through placing the order and delivering.Other room service staff that stood out: Kunal, Rizmi and Vina.Bella and Eric (Fi’lia restaurant) - Outstanding breakfast and lunch service provided. If there is a 0 out 5 review I wouldn’t hesitate to. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Room service is terrible i’ve been calling them since morning and now it’s late at night and no one showed up. If you’ll call the concierge or the valet no one will pick up the phone. I booked a room a sky king with balcony and they said they’ll upgrade me because my room isn’t available and they upgraded my booking and the room I had looks like a 1 star motel. The rate of the room is higher than any hotel near the area and the service is very bad. I recommend no one to stay at this hotel and this is the last time I book in SLS i’d rather book in a one star hotel than SLS. In addition the room I had as they said are two floors which is the smallest room I’ve ever lived in and the bathroom is very small looks like an old apartment. It’s the first time I experienced a service like this.

1st star for brand new property and 2nd star for the stunning swimming pool. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and well marketed. The valet area is very tight and terrible. You need to call the valet to prep your car 30 min at least. Called them, prayed ishaa prayers and went down 60 levels to the main door to find out my car is in long que and people waiting in front door with no safe distances and masks. Not a family culture indeed, especially Muslim couples or family. Hyenas (Males) are nested there waiting to monitor and shadow women (couldn’t leave my family unmonitored for 1 second). It took me 40 minutes to check in and the check in process was so pathetic and slow. There is a Henry named guy who is being called by every staff at check-in counters to fix system problems using his authority and you have to wait for his highness Henry to reach u with an embarrassed smile of his staff. Found an ex customer used cotton behind the bed telephone and the selection of amenities at the bathroom is poor. Don’t fall for the brand and be fooled by payed marketers, pay same amount somewhere else with better hotel services. I’m not blaming the staff, they’re doing their best from what I have seen.

I spent the night in this hotel Friday 9th of April in the resident. I only spent a night there and as I was checking out i misplaced my ring on the table. After checking multiple times I was convinced that I left my ring there and I remembered where exactly, as soon as I realized this I immediately called and informed the hotel that my ring is there, they answered with “We asked and the housekeeper said there was nothing” This hotel has no commitment as soon as you check out you’ll be treated this way.

Stylish but uncomfortable. For a short stay only. Nice views from the rooftop. Good for insta pictures. Small pool. Busy. Broken umbrella. Lacking staff no one replies to phones long wait for the car (valet). Nice staff over all but pool receptionist is a bit rude was shouting at the life guard infront of me. thats it. Its nice to visit and stay at for a short term but not more than two nights. I stayed here for six nights and got uncomfortable. The spa area is nice and clean but massage was OK.

I had the scare of my life when I visited SLS hotel yesterday. I wanted to have a drink on the lobby at the 71st floor when the elevator malfunctioned and stopped on a very high floor with a loud thud. I tried to get out but the door was jammed, I pressed the emergency button and thankfully a guy spoke to me and told me that the elevator is going down. We started to count the floors together to ease my nervousness as I was alone in the cabin, 56...43..33..ground floor. Nothing happened on ground floor so I tried to open the door and thank God it worked. I came out of the elevator shaking and in front of me was the lady who receives guests and ushers them to the elevators. I told her what happened and to fix the elevator so that no one experiences this trauma. Now here is what went wrong: 1- The lady rather than professionally ushering me to a chair and giving me some water, laughed off and said thank you for notifying me and looked at her phone as if she was going to call the maintenance. 2- She didnt call the maintenance and actually didnt do anything because my brother in law who was there after me told me that he saw a couple of people exiting the lift shaken up and telling the lady that there is something wrong with the elevator which means that 3- SLS is recklessly endangering peoples life or at the very least doesnt care to give them scary experiences like the one I had. I dont think I will feel comfortable going in a super high rise lift for a while and I definitely dont think I will be vising SLS any time soon.

Loved the 75th pool, views good, but food menu was very limited. The minimum spend of 500aed each is NOT worth it with the food offered. Many other venues offer a much better package. Oh and 350aed shisha?

Usually I travel to Dubai, stay in a 4-5 star hotel yet I cannot wait to leave and explore. For this trip I was fascinated with the pictures of this hotel and for the first time I found a hotel vibe that made me truly enjoy minute of my vacation. Firstly, the location was perfect as its  behind Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, 10mins to Jumairah Beach and most important near access to Shaikh Zayid road which takes you everywhere. The hotel is hard to explain in words that it will make pictures speak!In short when you reserve a room you get a very spacious room with one of two balcony views either the world’s tallest Burj Khalifa or a landscape of a Ras Alkhor Mangrove which was fascinating to see, I honestly spent most my evening relaxing there.The staff were friendly to the extend during breakfast they carried my plate for me! I have never seen that in my life and I didn’t need it but thank you. My wife loved being treated like a Queen.My advice if your staying here doesn’t miss out on the amazing lobby and Pool vibes, the lounges and last but not least the Steak and Italian restaurant which are trending like crazy and you probably you will need bookings to get in.Tips and comments, if your going to book make sure to include breakfast its one of the best spots in Dubai and people come in weekend to enjoy it that why i would suggest going early in weekends, the valet service not answering sometimes, however if you go down they will get your car extremely fast but if your in hurry call reception and that will do the trick.As soon as came back I reserved a room for my parents and they loved it!!!! And I’m sending all my friends there.. surly, not my last time in SLS

On firday i checked into a room and i checked out on saturday at around 1:30 pm .I ordered dinner and paid by card and then i paid 200 for the snacks which include the pretzels - chip- nutes- gummy bears- chocolate almond -cookies and i also paid by card .When i checked out i checked again and paid for the coconut water also by card ( bare in mind i have all the transactions ) later the next day i woke up to a message that said i have been charged 180 aed ! I wasnt even at the hotel anymore ! I called all morning and i keep being told that ill get a call back, they said that it could be a miscommunication as room service may not have registered the charges or uploaded them or something like that. Also how can i get charged without my permission or it being confirmed with me first ? Using my card without my permission is not acceptable also any miscommunication you have internally is not the guests problem and the guest should not be the one paying for it. Id like to add that the room included breakfast and when i went for breakfast they were going to charge me again if i hadnt asked !! Its not about the money its about the disturbing experience and not feeling safe having them have your card details !

Very bad service. Their valet parking service is horrible.!!! I went there on last Friday evening and I got my car with so many scratches in the back and on the fenders. I had to wait infront of the hotel till 6 am in the morning to get the camera checked by their duty manager.he showed me a view from the camera which was from only one angle and it was very far and nothing was visible on it. And finally I got the response as I expected as its not their fault and they cant do anything.Guys, careful, if u can park ur own do it. Else, take a taxi and go. Now I have to spend AED 1000 repaint my car.!!!
