A very well organized place where you can pay your purchased installments, service charges, collect your documents, make NOC for a transactions...The only bad in this good - if you guys have a coffee point, serving a complimentary coffee to your customers, let it work from 8.30 am, as you start at 8.30 am. And morning time is when I need coffee most πŸ˜‚You can validate your parking token here and dont pay for a parking πŸ™

If youre looking for: Stress, High blood pressure, headaches, problems, arguments and to waste your time and money? Youve found the perfect place!!!Over 6 months delayed handover, unfinished snag list, maintenance teams coming to fix the same problems for over 5 months! AC not working in 48c temperature for few days now and no final resolution.

So far we have poor response from the happiness center and the maintenance resolution team. those teams dont seem to show any care or concern about our needs. that is a big change from few years ago where Emaar was the Gold Standard.

Emaar needs to change the name to Customer Haressment center.It is utter nonsense! No link between the departments, you have to repeat yourself 5 times before they actually get to work.During times like these where other companies have improved their services unfortunately EMAAR has been on a downward trend.

For 8 months my wife and I have been going to the happiness center with the same issue and have always been met with empty promises. The agents at the happiness center have a diagraceful habit of telling you they will take care of everything to your face then sending you an email the next day saying nothing can be done to help. Worst part is once we were introduced to another Emaar employee through a friend, all issues were resolved and he made it look easy. Clearly its not that nothing can be done but that the agents at the customer happiness center simply dont want to put any more effort into helping their customers than pretending to listen and nodding along. Dealing with the Emaar customer happiness center might have been one of the most stressful experiences ever. Stay clear of Suzan, Paul, Dilip, and Carmen (listed from least accommodating to most accommodating).

To find the parking is confusing there must be clear signs for it. Also they told us that they will contact us by the end of the week and till date no one contacted us its more than 10 days😒😒 we expected better service from emaar.

Extremely bad experience with Emaar and its subcontractor Mplus. I have been struggling with maintenance issues and trying to reach to get support while no one is following commitments, whatsapp line is not responding and they dont care about your issues. The process is too slow , actually there is no process. 2 companies are playing ping pong by referring the client to each other. I have never had such a bad experience. Extremely disappointing

They deal with the worst AC maintenance company ever (Liwa Sun) which were never on time, cheaters and damaged my sealing paint and wasted my time, very disappointing from Emaar to make their residents deal with such a low quality maintenance companies, a complete disaster.

Very bad experience in whole... we were asked to settle payment prior taking handover, though the SPA clearly states that payment is after handover mile stone... They also forced us to pay the community service fee for the 1st quarter of 2020 even before they issued the bill. Altogether not at all happy the way they used the handover as a tool... Experience felt like being bullied...
