Very bad experience and one of the worst customer care service you have ever see, requesting for dubai land department registration letter since a year for off plan but as per their story there is an error in the system, no manager to speak with and more than 10 emails address copied on my sent email and nobody care, dont ever deal with this company.

Very customer centric place and easy to maneuver once at the premises and all staff are friendly and helpful at all times

Its a shame you cant give 0 or negative stars. No one ever answers the community management telephone line. They promise 48hr response to their online portal queries, I made mine 10 days ago and still no answer - several follow-up emails were ignored. Very unprofessional.
