I didn’t expect such cheaters still exit specially in Dubai. I handed over my apartment last week and they sent me maintenance charges AED 2600 mentioning most of things like shower kitchen cabinet hinges need to be replaced even though everything is working fine there is no leakage from the shower and it’s fittings . When I rented this flat there was no water heater and I informed them and now they are going to charge me for new one. I suggest don’t ever go this agency if you still want to get apartment through them better forget your security deposit.. God save people from such cheaters specially Mr. Muzzamil man of no words.

I dealt with Mustafa Alansari Real Estate ( Mr. Qayyum Malik ) for almost 6 years, i find them very reliable professional and responsive. its the best property management company i know so far. i highly recommend them 5* to them

Promises you a lot while renting the unit, but no service.For AC problem which is health and safety they take months to come, also they send inexperienced/cheap quality contractors who don’t know how to fix the problem and wastes your time. They never provide landlord contact details.Security deposit is like their money making business. Even the problems which they left half fixed and it was landlords responsibility, they charge it from security deposit in short they never give you your depositIn short a very small company who is doing all dirty tricks and not at all professional.We tried to work out with them by making sure our side of the bargain is always meet, but no difference. Their attitude remains the same.Stay Away

It must be called as cheaters Realestate. no concept of ethics and honest. very unprofessional handling.cheated me for security deposit. they dont disclose the process of security deposit and try their best to delay it and not to give a single penny.Better go for other real estate. inshalla some one will teach a lesson to this kind of cheaters.

Firstly when my contract expired we asked them for extension grace days they said they will charge us. We left 2 days prior. Secondly They did not return the security deposit for 6 months. And atlast when they returned the money they forced me to take what ever they were offering stating if u want to take the money take or go to hell. Mr Ahmed a.k.a kashif absolutely no respect in talking. Never ever recommend this agent again.

It was a good relationship with the RE MUSTAFA Al Ansari.

If u rent apartment from them make sure u take pictures and send to them for repair. Otherwise they deduct all the the breakages from your deposit. Totally not professional at all. U cant get even a professional responce from them. But only one person is good. That is Muzzammil. Rest all are 0

The people I dealt with were one by one a bunch of crooks. Please be warned and dont deal with this company if you dont want to be ripped of. Once you pay your deposit they will scam you. No service, poor houses, no promises. My experience with this company was a nightmare. Again, please be warned. It is better to pay a bit more because afterwards youll be loosing with these bunch of crooks. the high number you see is manipulated by the company itself and the staff is making the reviews. It is impossible that this company get such a high review score.

Best real estate company

Muzammil was an AWESOME admin from this company. He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. Their service is superb and they always went above and beyond. I Highly recommend their service.

This railroad owner has done a great job with us and the monkey has not bothered me much and I am very happy and thank you.

Beware of this company when retrieving the guarantee, they deduct an exaggerated sum of money, knowing that I delivered the apartment better than it was. When I asked for the guarantee, they said the apartment has damages of 90% of the amount of the guarantee, despite the apartment being handed over to someone else without repairs ...Suffice God and yes, the agent in them
