I had rented a car from Bab al Madeena Rent a Car Dubai on 8 Jul 2021 and i paid a deposit of aed 1000. As per the contract i was supposed to get back the deposit after 21 days from the date of return of the car. I started contacting the car rental staff through watsapp and calls but no one answers my calls and messages. In fact i received one reply from one of their staff +971 52 509 8107 redirecting me to another watsapp number +971 52 983 3824 for the refund and when i messaged that number the person didnt bother to reply to my mssgs despite reading it all. Kindly advice and help me seek this money back. Its a big amount for me and i have the full right to get it back as it was . 0505537625a deposit. this company belongs to the same owner. Please help! Cheap price, poor service, lazy, rude, lack of explanation.Nobody should use this company.They don’t have any responsibilities.This is the story about rent-a-car and their way to do business.Ms. Romana who is a sales person suggested me to deliver the car at 12pm.I had an appointment at 1pm, but she insisted so I have no choice.But the driver came to me at 1pm.He said “If you have any complaints, you can complain to our office. I’m just a driver so it’s not my fault”.And he didn’t explain anything about the documents, just keep to say “sign it please”.I had no time at all so I had to sign it without reading carefully.After using the car, I asked to Ms. Romana when I should come to return it back.She just said “plz come to our office”.But after I came to them, one guy said “it’s already closed sir, you’re late”.Ms. Romana should’ve mention the time to close, but she was just laughing and said “no worries”.And they said “you have to clean the car, you signed your name to this document”.Is it totally my fault?I definitely signed the document about when I return it back.But I didn’t have a time to read it carefully because the driver was quite late.And the driver didn’t mention anything about cleaning up the car before returning.He can say only “I’m just a driver it’s not my responsibility”.If you want a worst experience, you must check this quite stupid company.
