This is a real issue I faced while i rented the apartment! They promised a lot of services and maintenance but sadly they never fulfilled there promises. They are least cooperative people and I witnessed the Harassments of their female client. Truly they are the worst people to do business with.

This is by far one of the worse real estate management companies in Dubai. I strongly recommend you to not move ahead with them. You will have problems in your apartment which they wont fix; you will try to contact them via e-mail and they wont answer. Phone calls and communication will be terrible. It will be a complete nightmare.Trust me: Find another unit - even if the price is higher you wont have any headaches like I did.

The kitchen is leaking profusely from the ceiling and all flat amenities are falling apart.All they care about is the rents and no one addresses the pathetic condition of the flats and the building.Building is overfilled with bachelors creating a nuisance and ringing bells in the middle of the night.If you are a family living in the uae and looking for a flat to rent.. beware of this company and their false commitments

I get one bedroom apartment to their building in Tecom, I didnt renew the contract after 1 year because of poor maintenance services, they are not giving the deposit refund on time. most of the tenant are complaining because they are not returning their deposit. Poor Management.

One of the worst Real Estate i have ever seen, in Dubai. We took a flat and while we cancelling they are not giving our cheques back and not allowing us to bring our materials out from the flat. Dubai municipality closed 27 Flats in Crystal Blue Towers in Tecom area. Still no action taken from the real estate side. They wont care about tenants once you paid your money. I dont know where to complaint.

One day I had some maintenance issue.I just called to my broker who help me to rent this apartment. after 30 Minutes maintenance guy was in my flat and he fixed it. Worst company ever. Rude staff. After they get the payment they wont care about you. On our move in day the flat was very dirty and a/c was not working. Maintenance is slow aswell. We had a hard time moving in and hard time getting out. The will send you email saying you have to give 2 weeks notice but when you call they will say its 2 months notice and fine you 2 months rent.

During unprecedented times a request was made .they want their cash no issue .. walls falling off and people asking for payment where they dont deserve it ...the worst of the worst have a different level .. this is beyond that .. no actual response and no feedback . Very cunning organisation. Worst experience ever. They trickily loot you in the name of penalty for not informing them 60 days before that you are not going to renew the contract. Even if you inform 59 days before, they want you to pay a penalty for 2 months rent.Never ever get in their trap. Unethical, very bad maintenece response, and the building has bad environment with raids every now and then. Not safe for decebt people to stay in.
