I used their rental service for the property managed by them. They are not reasonable especially at the time of vacating. They are unfair on expectation at the time of vacating the apartment. Very focused to find issues and deduct money from security deposit. Even after providing the evidence of photos (sent by their team at the time of possession), they ignored them and deducted for the same issues. Did not have good experience

My rental experience with FMP Homes Real Estate Management has been excellent from start to present. I secured a rental within a short time frame due to Leah, even she was on vacation that time. Her professional approach, marketing knowledge, being helpful and responsive are just some of the traits that i do appreciate. She also made herself available and made sure to resolve whenever there are minor issues in the unit. I would highly recommend to use their service for any of your property requirements. 5 stars for  FMP and for Leah as well.

FMP Home Agency. Was an excellent experience. They have always been very helpful and very professional during my new contract (2019) and my contract renewal. Very responsive for and problem and issues with the apartment. Im very very happy with this agency. The best Im ever had the experience living here in Dubai for the last 12 years. Special shout out to Ms Leah and rhe entire team. Excellent to working with you and I looking forward to stay with a wining team in the future. FMP Homes Real estate Management is definitely one of the leading Property Managers in the UAE. When we went to check the property prior to move-in, Leah was already there and had already conducted a check of the property. She is organized, proactive and definitely provides resolutions to issues. Thankful that Leah was assigned to me as a Property Management Manager way back year 2017. For three years, she has been very professional, helpful and responsive to all issues in the apartment. She action quickly when there are minor/major issues with the property. Lastly, she is knowledgeable about the property market.

The service I received from FMP Homes Real Estate Management was beyond my expectations. My move-in into one of their properties was seamless as they handled everything including Ejari Registration. When I had concerns regarding the villa, the Property Manager, Ms. Leah Eviota attended to everything promptly and ensured that the issues were resolved. She is thorough and dependable. She also followed-up if things were done to my satisfaction.

If I could give negative stars I would.In my 12 years in Dubai this has been the worst agency j have dealt with.Handover of my apartment has been a nightmare with their agent Leah with them trying to make deductions for petty issues and just cheap attempts to keep the deposit. Even tried to claim 100 dhirams for a a cracked tile which anyone with common sense would know is general wear and tear and should not be chargeable to tenant.Did the move inspection, disconnected dewa and now she tells me appliances need to be checked before handing over deposit. Why wasn’t it done the day we were all there? And now without dewa and the appliances need to be removed to be checked which I have told is extremely unethical and unfair as I am not there to oversee this and who knows what can be damaged in the process. All Leah can say is but it needs to be checked and doesn’t even acknowledge that she is the one at fault for now checking on time on the inspection day. Again this is a cheap and nasty way of trying to keep the deposit or make deductions for damages I cannot be liable for when I am not there.The worst agency I have dealt with.

Last Updated: February 7th, 2021Im editing following the response from FMP:1)Pest Control: Thats not true! I am happy to attach all WhatsApp conversations with Leah regarding the infestation I had in the apartment. Even when you sent for another pest control, the issue wasnt resolved (the guy simply said I can spray again and by then a more drastic solution was needed!). I eventually paid from my own money and called a guy that works for Emaar (named Jano) who came and fixed it on my own expense. Happy to give you his phone number and all my Whatsapp history with you and him on the matter2. The bi-annual report: You didnt write them on the report but YOU SHOULDVE. I trusted you and sent you over WhatsApp literally the first week after I moved in in regards to the shower door which was unhinged and even after the guy came to fix it, he said it couldnt be fixed to close fully. You SHOULDVE amended the reports based on our conversation if you were an ethical company. I will never forgive you for charging me on that and people should know you scam them sooner or later.3. The Security Deposit: Again, not true. You scam people with your report and people should know they dont agree to any of your written reports or ask to really audit them and edit them based on email/whatsapp conversations. I had to call the landlord and settle things with him directly because Leah from your team is highly unprofessional and was insisting on making me go over to your offices to get my cheque instead of simply giving it to the driver when I gave the key/access card. Also, its HER JOB to come over for the delivery, not ask a guy to do that.In conclusion, your team is highly unprofessional and unethical. And I stress on the word unethical. Let all the people know how bad your service is!-- See my original review below; posted in December 2020Ive been in Dubai for many years and this is by far the worst property management company Ive ever dealt with. Leah from the team is especially highly unprofessional and unethical.1) When I received my apartment, it was infested with cockroaches and I was informed they did pest control which wasnt true. I had them send pest control one more time and I ended up actually paying from my own money for 2 more times after that to get rid of the problem.2) When the team comes for their regular inspection (every 6 months and upon vacating the unit), its a complete invasion of privacy. They dont ask you before walking into rooms and open closets and drawers as if they own the place. When you talk to them (specifically Leah), they dont even look you in the face and speak in a condescending voice.3) They will scam you and go the extra mile into finding ways to ensure you dont get your security deposit back. I received the apartment with the shower door unhinged and not closing properly, I sent WhatsApp messages about this issue when I moved in and was told when they came for inspection that this was the best it could get fixed. Eventually, I was charged for fixing it when I moved out even when I presented the screenshots of when I reported this initially!For all Landlords and people trying to rent apartments, if you see a listing managed by them or have a property youd like to list, I highly recommend you look for other more professional companies! Till the last day of my life, I will never forget and forgive these people for scamming me all the way. Good riddance.

I have had a really good experience so far, especially with Leah. She is super responsive and whenever there is the tinniest issue and I text her about it, she immediately helps me out. My recommendation for FMP, especially dealing with Leah.

They are there to help with all your needs though Covid 19 I was struggling as I am still today. They have been very patient with me and very helpful I’m happy to deal with them all the time as there very nice
