Terrible! Very unprofessional and unhelpful agents. Agents have no responsibility at all and just keeps stalling, they’ll give you childish excuses the whole time and never commit to their words.

Liars,Cheaters and FraudsWe rented a house through Tabani and their agent called Anwar .Its been 5 months they havent returned the deposit. Everytime we follow up He ignores the call ,doesnt respond to messages and whenever he answers he gives fake promises that he will get it today, he will get it done tomorrow and still nothing.Me and my husband have been chasing him for months now.The agent has some issues with owner of the house and so between their issues we are suffering.its time we take strict actions for this.Liars , extremely unprofessional. and fraudsters ..will never recommended your company to anyone.

I found them very professional and honest trustworthy, I 100% recommend them to deal for rent and buying and selling through only Tabani Real Estate, specially I know Mr Imran Khan dealing with from past eight years.

We recently rented through Tabani. They were extremely unprofessional and dishonest, causing us a lot of wasted time and stress. They promised certain non-negotiable conditions that we requested, saying yes to everything just to get us to sign a contract and to cash their cheque. They then said tough luck, the landlord is not in agreement even though we repeatedly asked them to communicate with the landlord. Additionally, the handover was done a week late, they did not seem to care and in fact lied and said they never agreed to things that were discussed. We had to chase up an addendum that was not only inaccurate but was given to us 3 weeks after signing the contract after lots of chasing up. Needless to say we did not sign that addendum. Ultimately we demanded a contract cancellation which seems to waste a lot of time and money for everyone. Fortunately we were able to bypass them and liaise with the landlords representative and move things ahead. AVOID WORKING WITH TABANI TO SAVE YOURSELF UNNECESSARY GRIEF.

I had a very good experience dealing with Tabani Real Estate, especially with Imran Khan. We faced issues during our 5-year stay in our apartment rented through Tabani, but every time Tabani send a technician quicky to fix it. Also, they listen to customers and provide open in negotiations. All the financial transactions, Ejari etc. they have taken good careThey have online system now for reporting any issues in your apartment, and we can track the progress through the system, and upload photos etc...which I found very efficient.I highly recommend Tabani as your real estate provider.

A company without ethics or shame. If they manage to get your contact details, they will flood you with spam emails. They buy the information from the black market then claim that they got from customers who contact them. Most companies sent 1 or 2 emails per week at the most but this company harasses you with 2-3 emails per day. I will never deal with them and advice others to avoid.
