We recently rented an apartment with the help of seven century, and v had tight timeline of less than a week to vacate the old apartment and move into new one, Mehrdad was our property consultant he was exceptionally good, very straight forward he went out of his way to make sure everything in the new apartment is taken care of and we have an easy move with in the stipulated time frame. Thanks a lot Mehrdad for your support. Appreciated.

Amateurish at their best, and unprofessional and dishonest at their worst.Make sure to document every inch of your apartment when you receive it, as they will do their best to make sure you dont get a single dirham back from your security deposit if they can help it, for faults that already existed before you moved in. Any kindness or patience on your part will be met with manipulation and advantage taking.Punctuality has no meaning for them, and they will leave you hanging time and time again without proper communication. The office address they have listed isnt their real office, which they had moved and made no mention of that anywhere.The only saving grace is that they fairly responsive via email and email alone. They never returned any calls I made even after asking.

Very Poor service, They took almost more than month to make my Ejari and had to go to two places to collect my keys. Then at the end of the contract didnt get my security deposit back. The apartment was given to me mentioning its a chiller free apartment by the agent then charged an amount for chiller charges.Please check your contract with them before signing and ask for a proper home inspection by their team and correct all the stuff since they will charge for all those at the end of the contract and it will be your fault even a small thread out from the sofa.

We contacted Seven Centuries for renting an apartment in Sports City where we connected with Mr. Ali. From the very beginning he was very helpful. We had slight issues with the Emicool connection as the owner was out of country. Ali tried his best to help us with whatever he could. Unfortunately due to long weekend, the connection could not be done on the first day of moving in, so Ali arranged a service apartment for us to stay. Things could have been managed better at the administration level to avoid these situations but I guess they did realize as their management team contacted me to apologize. Im giving only 4 stars because of the issues we faced. Thank you again Ali. If not for your dedication and commitment to your clients, we would have asked for a complete refund and looked for another place.

This place is just horrible. They are very unprofessional. First, they will ignore you and by the time youve already lost it then they will give you millions of excuses. They sent us a very generalized statement of account, I requested for detailed/itemized version to see how much exactly they are charging for each and every item that need to be charged and till now, 2 months and counting, no response apart from their excuses. How hard it is to give an itemized statement of account? They did not have any problem throwing charges so they already know what to do, now the question is what is taking them so long for such a simple office work? Unless they are not really on top of our request and just ignoring it, I do not see any reason for this concern to take this much time.Also, they are removing some of reviews especially if it is bad. My sister first posted a bad review 2 weeks ago after their female phone operator hang up on her then now her review is hidden from public. A very horrible place! This kind of place that gives this kind of service should not be allowed to keep going. Imagine, even their CEO email is on CC on all our emails but still this kind of horrible service. So totally ignoring or just pure unprofessional.

Very unprofessional company. I have came 3 times to sign contract for the rent, and every time some details were missing even we have discussed them prior coming to sign the contract. They asked me to pay everything, but they couldnt do one request I asked them for. Very unprofessional office and staff. The office is like in market, very loud, raising voices, they wanted to charge me 320/-AED for ejari. And on top of that when I came to sign 3rd time contract, only the person who made contract knew about it. They havent even finalized all the details with the owner. Even I requested it before coming.The worst real estate I dealt with.Your response shows your unprofessional behaviour. How it is possible to move in any apartment without ejari and finalized documentation.The loud behaviour in your office havent came from clients, I havent saw any as you all were in conference room and drinking coffee.. Even 2 of your agents started arguing in front of me as they havent finalise the deal properly for my apartment.First you made wrong dates in my contract. Than you wanted to charge me ejari price that is for Difc of 385/-AED ,and my apartment i supposed to rent is in business bay. That day I supposed to pay for you first rent, ejari and agency fees.So please dont write to me how I wanted to move in in illegal way, that is completely not true.

Go for another agent that respect its customers and serve them in a good way..Replying to your dishonest comment, your staff knows nothing about the phone courtesy and professional way of dealing with customers, while I was explaining my point to Charmaine she suddenly without giving me any hint passed the phone to one of your admins and I had to explain all over again .. the reason I ended the conversation was the way this person was talking with which was very rude and when I asked for his name he refused to give me the name and only mentioned that he is one of the admins!! Considering my review invalid to you don’t bother me at all and won’t change the fact that you are not respecting your clients nor trustworthy. I managed to reach the Owner’s rep who also confirmed that they don’t trust you with the deposit! I signed a tenancy contract with your side few days ago for villa m137b in damac hills. We agreed on a move in date of 12 October and you havent even started doing the maintenance work or requested an NOC properly from damac hills management. They said there are plenty missing documents you need to upload. I already bought all my furniture and they are going to be delivered in 2 days from now and still nothing is done. You barely answer calls and have answers to my questions.Not well organized and very very noisy office.Trust me anyone reading this post don’t even try what i went through ! Its hell !

I hasten to provide one star for the service provided by Seven Century Real Estate.*Unprofessional*: Ive paid in full for my rent for the year and the real estate agent has allegedly lost the tenancy contract. Ive been chasing the company for over a month to provide the contract so that I can be secure in my rental agreement. They claim that the agreement was delivered, which is an easy enough claim to wash their hands of the situation.This is my second year renting with Seven Century. I paid all dues up front and on time and found solutions to issues they presented me with. In these weeks requesting my tenancy contract (6 total) Ive dealt with lack of respect, lack of professionalism, complete disorganization and lack of clarity on the overall process (who loses a legal document!?).
