I just had a viewing for an apartment I sent a 36 sec msg to agent who came to show me apartment , on viewing time I told him no. Of chq is not an issue for me I want rent to be reduced “ he told me commission is 1500 I told him someone from another agency agent told me I’m charging 1500 so u can pay me 1000 is fine “ I told this agent if I ll like apt I ll pay u 1500 also no prob “” after viewing I sent him 30 sec voice note that if I’m requesting you to make commission 1000 as per my budget and ask owner if he can reduce rent from 18000 to 17000 this agent sent me 6-7 /8 msgs and saying that thx for giving me a lesson I shouldn’t come to show u apt u should come to my office instead “” I’m not free I came to show u apartment I was not free like u r busy we also have work of u want this apt in 17000 k I ll let u get it in Sharjah “” if u dun hv a budget wht ru taking apartment u r planing to put a lady with u who can share ur rent “ u r planning to get income out of this apartment u dunt have money to pay me “” I just requested him if u can ask owner to reduce rent “ I only requested if u can negotiate commission amount he just started talking too much omg ! And thus guy is telling me you are an HR MANAGER “” and u r unprofessional “” I want to ask this Agent called Furqan motiwala “” is this a professional way to talk to a client ????U r sending 8 msg after a 36 sec voice note and teaching me professionalism ??? If am an HR that is my job if I’m looking an apartment to rent that is my personal “ everyone has right to see a property n to give offer , so u started showing ur attitude after coming for viewing ?? I sent u even thx msg .. and see ur professionalism u should learn how to speak to clients !! And ur management should tell u thatI know sadaf long time but I was not aware that sapphire real estate have this much unprofessional agents !! Really v bad and unprofessional staff !! After sending msgs this agent blocked my no. Big laugh

I took the apartment in International City on rent through SAPPHIRE REAL ESTATE . They guided me very well to select the good one. They understand the value of the client. They have always provided their full support in case of any issues & resolve it fast with professional manners. Especially, madam was having full attention to provide excellent service. They charge very reasonable price compared to market. Due to lost my job, I left the city but I will always remember & appreciate the way she considers my situation and accordingly deducted the amount of maintenance from my security deposit.I would highly recommend to deal with them always due to high quality of service provider good attitude towards clients and better charges & guidance.

Worst real estate agency in Dubai. Dont deal with this agency. First, the listing price is different from the actual price. Then, after getting the security deposit and agency fee, THEY ARE GONE. Were still waiting for our tenancy contract and the unit was a MESS when they handed it over. UNLIKE HOW THEY ADVERTISE IT ONLINE. SO DISAPPOINTING.

Very Very Bad Experience from this agency. At the beginning they promised so many things but soon after taking studio apartment from them they wont picking up the call and we literally need to beg to do the maintenance. Poor A/c and water Maintenance !!!

I had a very awful experience dealing with this agency. Poor communication skill as giving the correct information as needed.As I bought an apartment from them, they didn’t hand over two keys as part of the purchase. I had to run the errands to Nakheel head office by myself to retrieve the keys cuz the agent said they never had the key 🤷🏻‍♀️I had to contact DEWA office many times to figure why there’re so many accounts existing under my apartment as the agent said ‘it’s okay’.At the time they said my title deed was ready and wanted me to go to their office to pay for final agency fee. They lied about the readiness of my title deed and let me go to the office in vain.As a broker, they even failed to update the transaction of the existing owner in Nakheel system. I really don’t know why hiring a very not capable and unprofessional agent for more headache.Don’t make the same mistake as I did, it’s painful.

Very bad experience. Iniatially before confirming the room the sales person was so interested and helpful, once the room is taken and cheque given, they will not attend your call or respond to you even if you visit their office. You have to go and again, call daily and beg them if something has to be corrected. And the lady(who claims is the owner) is so bad behaved that she doesnt care anyone and does things in her own wish like a boss. She forgets that we have paid 2000 aed for their services and remaining money as cheque and we deserve their services. And finally when you stop your contract and want your deposit money back, its the same worse condition. We have been literally chasing them for 3 weeks and finally got the money, that too just 1200. She claims that we spoilt the cabinet hinges which actually was the same when we rented and in fact even complained to them to repair it. But the answer they gave was aisa chota mota problems tho hoyega. I swear this was her reply when we told her about that. And now they have cut our hard earned money (AED 800) for the same.I would highly recommend not to take service from these ppl. Had we known before we would have never fallen into this.

I broke tenancy contract before move in real estate agency returned me money back including rental fees, deposit, except for agency fees.
