I was Impressed with Amanda how dedicated , hard working and honest, she helped me finding the suitable unit. even later I changed my mind after 1 month and she still returned all my deposit to me without any problem, I believe some negative reviews below are not true and misleading, Amanda is a very exceptional and unique perfect real estate agent.

I have started looking for a property since the beginning of the pandemic, but always faced a difficulty of sort to close a deal, be it lack of responsiveness from an agent that costed me the deal or at times felt like some agents were looking for the benefit of one party over the other; this however was not the case with RTI Real Estate which for me was a seamless experience as the agent provided me with keen advice and shortlisted potential properties to my requirements and budget and when I had some concerns; the managing director personally addressed them and took take of everything to make it seem like my interest was made a priority above anything else. I can say with honesty that their frank behavior and sound advices made all the difference for me. Would recommend dealing them be it an end user or even an investor since they manage properties as well.Thumbs up to all the team members at RTI.

Probably the worst company to deal with in UAE. As posted by others here, Amanda Saab is an unprofessional individual working for this company. She has posted listings which are untrue. Complete scam and pathetic service levels. Better stay away as there are plenty of reliable property brokers available in the market today.

Amanda Saab posted a rental listing for a 1BR and was unresponsive. Didn’t answer or return calls and then when she finally replied to my WhatsApp messages after 3 days she barely answered 1 simple question before blocking me. Maybe I asked too many questions regarding the property? Very unprofessional. Avoid.

RTI is a great agency to deal with! What stood out the most while dealing with them? Well, nothing was too much trouble for them. And when we asked them to help us search for a home in Dubai. Their commitment to my cause was commendable. They were supportive and encouraging during the difficult corona time and I must say, their positive enthusiasm was highly infectious. We had used another supposedly high end agent previously, who was unfortunately unable to go the distance with us. Then a friend recommended RTI and we took their help. Glad to state that RTI maintained clear communication throughout all the procedures and they had thorough knowledge of the Dubai housing market. Indeed that was really very helpful. Clearly RTI agents made a dedicated effort and this dedicated effort sealed the deal. I have now bought and sold a home through RTI, and I feel they are, by far, the best agency to go with. I would highly recommend RTI to anyone looking to handle their property matters in Dubai!

The manager, Brother Shadi, was very elegant, and for his safety, he represented me very well, and I accomplished my work as if I were personally doing the work. He was honest and provided me with all factual information, bearing in mind that I am from a Gulf country, meaning I was far from my property, but as if I was in Dubai and his safety was also very clear about financial matters. Simply, ethically and professionally, I have not dealt with a real estate company like this one, may God bless them and grant them success in what he loves and satisfies him.
