We have recently moved Apartments. After having extremely poor experiences with real estate agencies who promise you the moon and then leave you to struggle it was refreshing to have found Mr. Kalpesh Thakkar, from Real Home Real Estate. Kalpesh is extremely professional and was there with us the entire journey which lasted close to 4 months as we were very picky about the Apartment we wanted to live in. He showed us multiple units which ticked all our boxes till we finally settled in on one. He assisted us with the Moving In formalities and is still in touch with us unlike most other agents who disappear into thin air the minute they get their commission cheque.I would strongly recommend Kalpesh to anyone who is looking to buy / rent property in Dubai. I must admit you dont find professional realtors like Kalpesh Thakkar and we feel blessed we found one.

Update: Typical reply from an agent who washed their hands from any responsibility, if everything is the landlord responsibility, dont over-promise and convince the tenant that the apartment is very well maintained and the agent fully supports for anything after the handover and the agent will vanish after taking the commission fee, the same is happening now when you put old pictures of apartments for rent in dubizzle and you are 100% sure that these apartments are full of issues! its total unethical!Please take care from this agent, I rented fully furnished duplex apartment in JLT and after one week had a water leakage from every where in the kitchen, shower not working and AC not functioning, I spent 8 months in hell because of non stop maintance and after that the owner didnt gave me the security deposit on the sake to do some maintenance and painting which supposed to came from them.When I spoke the the agent after the first incedint she told me Its not my problem go speak with the owner and when I asked to cancel the contract they refused!I moved after 8 months and I lost 4 months and the security deposit of ..PLEASE AVOID

I took a flat for rent in business bay from this management company and their service couldnt have been worse. They just keep on postponing things and never deliver on time. Even after discussing the dates for pest control, ac flush and deep cleaning, they didnt comply with it. Then they sent a lady to do general cleaning and tried to lie to me that general cleaning is same as deep cleaning, even though the cleaner herself told it is not same.Now after moving to the flat, I realized bathing shower is not working and it has been 5 days with me following up with them and everyday they just tell me they will let me know by end of day but nothing happens. They refuse to share the number of the owner and want everything to be done through them but they are highly incapable of doing it.VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. If you are going to deal with them please make sure to make it clear that u want to get everything done yourself and want reimbursement, otherwise you will end up like me.

Great experience! Arthur was very knowledgeable, super nice and patient (me just moving in to Dubai, not knowing how things work around here) and always available on phone or whatsapp to answer my questions and help speed up the process.

Avoid this agency .. they are shady, frauds and very rude people don’t speak english. They manage some properties avoid getting into that .. at the end they will create a lot of hassle. You have to take help of police to vacate and go to RERA to get your refund. The problem starts after you hand over cheques to them. All their services are chargeable thereafter. You have to be very careful of their terms and conditions. Cheats and frauds they forget any thing agreed verbally.

Terrible company, totally incompetent and potentially fraudulent. Staff can hardly speak English and aim to scam their tenants out of their deposits at the end of your tenancy. Stay well clear!
