I had the chance to work closely with Camelia and Timur from District UAE, and I can definitely recommend them and the services they provide. They are extremely professional, they care about their clients needs, they do post sales follow ups, and most importantly they are genuine and reliable. A business is made from its people and if all the agents in this company are like Radijan, than you will be very happy with their services. The agent was quick in replying our questions and responded to the messages very fast. Rarely you find agents who are patient and do not try to force you into anything.

If there was a negative rating, I would give it. District Real Estate is just a bunch of bullies who extorted commission out of us, when what was advertised via property finder and in person was no agency commission. They did not have good knowledge of the terms and conditions; could not assist with the landlord (landlord was self sufficient); we had to make exceptions and incurred extra costs for storage because of the time it took to finalise the contract.After forcing us to pay an agency fee, they even tried to pull off charging us more commission than what was legally permissible and a threat was made that they would make sure we could not enter the premises if we did not pay their commission. I would not recommend District Real Estate to anyone.

I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate company in the UAE for our property needs. District Real Estate is the epitome of professionalism in the property market. What started out as a casual conversation with Ahmad ended up giving us excellent direction in terms of property investment.
