Terrible service, we recently moved to the Dubai and was in need of a serviced apartment we found a serviced apartment on servicedapartments.ae and property junction was assigned to the apartment we were interested in. We called the agent up for a viewing the serviced apartment and the agent (Pooja) did not want to come for the viewing and told us to make our own way to the apartment and a security member “should be able to show us the apartment”. Very unprofessional of an agent to not even come especially when we are new to the UAE.We then went ahead with the apartment as we liked it. But the agent mentioned that it’s a connecting room but no one lives next door and there will be no noise what so ever as it also has sound insulation if anyone does move in we wouldn’t need to worry. 1 week in we could hear loud noises from our neighbour they didn’t seem to have moved in recently otherwise we would have seen them. The manager of the apartments clearly wrote to Pooja before listing that please make any potential tenants aware people are living next door in the connecting room and will hear slight noises throughout the day. She clearly did not mention this to us and lied through her teeth.The day of moving into the flat Pooja had rushed us to get to the flat as she was in a hurry to be somewhere else noting that we had to still give her deposit money aswell as sign documents. Not even considering we just moved countries and had to pack from the hotel we were currently living In. Worst experience and on top of that she requested cash for the commission and no help what so ever was provided. Would never recommend this agent nor the agency.

Remember to ask for Mr. Vikas more than a representative he is good human being who wouldnt try to sell but rather understand your requirement and then suggest properties. Personally known him for three years moved two apartments almost impossible to get however he made it happen. My go to person when I need to get a property. Very trustworthy and reliable.

I took a flat with his agency, they promised me to give me the flat in a good condition and all the paperwork necessary to do the ejari. I paid a year of rent and their commission which both were cashed immediately and then, once the contract starting day arrived, my dedicated agent vanished in India and never reappeared. No one was assigned to replace him. They sent me 2 times to the ejari with the wrong paperwork so I had to return a 3rd time. They did not help me in anything and the flat was in a very bad condition: dishwasher and microwave not working, holes in the walls, mold on the floor, 35% of the bulbs fused, vanities doors damaged, hinges rusted and shaking, no written inventory at entrance and very bad sorties smell in the bathroom!I managed to get in touch with the manager but nothing more happened and here I am in this unbelievable situation, having paid for everything and getting no help at all. Do not rent anything with this agency or you will regret it for a long time!
