I just don’t like to write bad review about any company.But this one I cant leave .Yes they are very professional initially. Don’t expect any responsible intervention after taking commission .And you will be left with your concern into mud.From now I am to a strong decision “never I will deal with any brokerage company in my life”

Worst real estate company in uaeThey stole my security deposit refund, they said that there were a lot of maintenance issues in the apartment although most of these issues were there since i rented the apt, they deduct 75% of my security deposit refund.The employee name is Bhawesh, dont deal with himBy the way, he gave me these deducted refund after 9 months since i left the apartmentdont deal with this company and dont believe any high rating showing here

I bought my property in Dubai through an agent of this company (July 2018). Following issues that were escalated to me by then tenant (2018-19) about the agent of RK properties, property vacant for over 3 months when tenant-outreach was delegated to agent of RK properties, renting of this property in question to tenant I didnt meet by the same agent of RK properties in question (who took a commission from me to rent the apartment 11 months ago), unauthorised subleasing, non-payment of rent due to what the owner (as designated by customer service agent of RK properties) mentioned as force majeure - when the tenant party in question was later identified as a group from an alternate real estate company.......following all these issues and other more serious issues such as 2 bounced cheques, I am happy to note that I have changed the keys to doors in my apartment and am furthering the process of renting it without RK properties.Update:About 3 months after above. A bad property dealer agency.

I have been living in Dubai for more than 3 years now and I have come across many real estate agents personally as well as through friends. I must say that my experience with RK Property has been the most satisfying. They are way above their competitors in terms of providing services. Their staff is the most polite and responsive to the queries and requests of their clients.I recently rented an apartment through them and they managed to get the apartment in perfect condition before movein. Even after handing over the apartment when I switched on DEWA and noticed some issues related to electrical and plumbing, they were fixed the very next day that they were highlighted.I give 2 thumbs up to RK properties and their maintenance team for providing the best services pre and post closure of the contract and for fulfilling their commitments without any need for constant follow ups as is the norm in this line of work.

The most incompetent companies in the UAE. If you have a choice never work with them. They will give you a property take the money that’s is it. When you move in you will realise no maintenance of the property was done and you end up spending months and hours getting things fixed. Inder call him and tell he will tell you it’s not something I handle talk to the maintainence and vanished, no ownership or responsibility taken. House not painted, bulbs not fixed, toilets in bad condition with leaking faucets and smelling cupboards. This is exactly how they have handed the property over to a new tenant who signed a annual contract. One month staying and I am still waiting for them to finish the maintainence jobs.
