Terrible service. Today one of your agent Conner Turner Scott scheduled to show me a property at 2:30p and sent me the location the night before but without a unit number. I was told he will meet me there. I even showed up 20 minutes early to wait. He never came at 1:30p. I messaged him on WhatsApp and called him multiple times on his mobile. I saw him came on WhatsApp several times but no reply. What a waste of my time. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Not even a reply to say hes late or to reschedule. It is now 5:26p and still heard nothing from him.

This has to be the worst real estate company experience I went through.I was interested to rent a property that was listed by them, but found it overpriced compared to other exact units. The only difference with the unit they listed was that it was on a higher floor.Same size, same view! In fact, the lower floor had more kitchen appliances included!Liam, who works at Lux reaches out to me via WhatsApp after I sent him an email with regards to my interest. He doesn’t bother to call me and establish a relationship, rather he sent me a WhatsApp as if he is some internet bot who runs and says automated tasks.I told Liam their price is over my budget and asked if a AED 15k reduction is possible, his immediate response was “no I suggest you look elsewhere”. There were at least 5-7 apartment in the same busking, all of them 1 BR, prices ranging from 58k to 97k annually. Obviously, I wanted to negotiate as that is a massive difference.Nevertheless, I was not happy with that response in which I told him I did not appreciate his answer and the way he was speaking with me and that he could have been said his message better, after all I am the customer in the end!After telling him this, he responds again and says “you are asking to go 15k below the asking price. I don’t have time for this”.Yet, he still did not tell me what the owner can or will accept. Liam did not even do the basics of his job by trying to go for a win-win situation or at least find a middle. He also duidn’t give me an alternative in the building or somewhere else in his portfolio within my budget.I have never seen such bad customer experience as I experienced today. This should be unacceptable these days and people like Liam do not deserve to have a job and should be sent for intensive training or back to school to grow up. He should be flipping burgers at house gatherings as it seems he is a miserable person.In the end, another agent gave me the apartment I wanted in the same building within my budget, which I will be moving in 10 days.

Unfortuntately not even the standard service as my contract dated 5th March and issues about the apartment at Oldtown that was promised to be fixed before move in has not been resolved yet and its the 11th today. Lack of followup and inadequate responses and shifting blame on other staff or the landlord. Totally waste of the commission paid. Never again with Luxefolio! A total mistake!
