WORST real estate agency I have ever worked with, and Ive lived in Dubai for almost 6 years now! Even my building manager tried to warn me against them, I should have listened!I tried finalizing numerous apartments with them and time after time they waited until the last minute just to tell me someone else took it. This last time was the worst, after so many failed attempts we finally got to the final stage when the agent shows up to my private home and wants me to give him the signed documents and cheques without giving me any receipts, contracts or written confirmation saying I handed over all of this money to him. He told me to come to the office the next day to give the cheques, that were already signed and ready along with the contract, so that I can take receipts and all. In the meantime I arranged all of the moving logistics for this particular apartment because it was a done deal. I called them the next day to tell them Im on my way to their office, as agreed, just for them to tell me its been rented by someone else! He did not even have the decency to try and inform me, he had no problem leaving me homeless, seeing as he new my move out and in date was in only a few days time.Not to mention that they take higher commissions than the rest of the market and try to trap you into paying them each time you want to renew your contract. They are the most greedy, unprofessional and rude agents I have ever seen in my life! And all at a time when the entire world is struggling. SHAME
