Very bad service and unprofessional. They represented the landloard of an apartment which rented at DSO. 1. They snuck a 5 days earlier moving-in date in the contract without telling us. We found it ourselves while reviewing he contract just before signing. 2. They promised to send cleaners to clean the apartment before moving-in. They never sent anybody. 3. Never showed up at the apartment to do proper handover. We had to go to their office to collect the keys and access cards. 4. After moving in, we found 3 minor issues that needed to be repaired. Trying to contact them to send maintenance people was useless. They don’t answer your call. You have to call from different numbers. And they end up doing nothing.Moral of the story: either you deal with professionals who honour their words or you don’t pay the commission until you are fully satisfied.
