I would love to write a long scathing review about this company and how poor their customer service is, but they are simply not worth the effort. If you get referred to an agent named Hashem, RUN AWAY. There are so many other real estate agencies in this country who will be honest, respectful, and easy to deal with. Hashem treated my fiance like dirt the moment he started to deal with her. Promised things in the contract that were not delivered, handed over a filthy appartment (no clenaing), negotiated shameless agency fees, disrespectful towards women, and demanded more money upon move out when the rent had being fully paid despite his inability to fulfill key areas in the tenancy contract... The list goes on. I would advise anyone who reads this to please take their buisness elsewhere. this level of unprofessionalism should not be allowed in this country.

After 2 months of searching (and involving couple of agents) I have finally found an apartment over the web and contacted sellers agent - Fatima. After couple conversations over the phone I choose her to represent me ( buyer) also. After long negotiations i have sent initial 10% deposit. Right after seller started to push unjust terms which led to withdrawal of the purchase. Within next 24 hours Fatima was able to find 2 properties within same building and same plan with even higher floors. We started process over again and finally signed MOU. Well I have never felt so mistreated and disrespectfully treated in Dubai until I met this agentIn 2020 I choose an apartment for rent in JLT and all was fine until we decided to see it1.Agent never came to show us the placeWe view it ourselves as he could not make it to the place2.We gave our offer and waited as it’s should have been a process of discussing with the owner this never happened3.They rated even more from actual price4.Agency fees were higher5. After dealing with rude messages and unprofessional responses we made the deal6. When signing the contract everything was fineWe paid our security deposit after confirming the actual amount with RERA department and bringing it down to the official price as per uae law7. Owner should agreed with one of the sections in the contract ( agent said he did agree )After first rent was cashed out agent said landlord will not pay what was writtenBig fight againSo disappointed so stressed8. The place was dirty and was never cleanedWe paid for the cleaning as it was impossible to stay in those conditions, are we getting this payment back ? No9. Ac was not serviced after agent confirmed they did10. All drains were never checkedSo as soon as we started to use it everything started to leakNow we want to renew our contractAnd all the stress comes again1. Raised of rent2. Agency fees again for a first year renewal contract which it’s on the second year of renewal in the same apartment3. Rude and disrespectful communication4. Owner have never respond to any of my messages or emails5. Agent it’s dealing without passing our offers and requests to the landlord6. No intentions of getting a fair agreement that can be beneficiary for both parties8. Salam is the biggest fraud and liar i met in my life. He works in aeon and trisl and tricks people with his lies. Beware of him. I took a flat on rent and the agreement mentioned it has renewal prices of 1000 dhm every year. I refused to sign it but he told he will get this waived off next year and its just company formalities and next year he refused. My agonies started the day i entered this house. The security stopped my gas cylinder while this guy lied to me that my others are using gas cylinder in this building.Almost everything in the house was broken which took me another 3 months to follow with them and get the things fixed. So their maintenance before delivery is 0. After a year first they talked about renewal of contract, and then they sent an email stating that owner doesnt want to renew contract. Then they called me and threatened me to show the house to other customers because the owner wants to sell it. When i refused they threatened they will go to legal department as i have signed the agreement that owner can show the house to anyone if he wants to sell it with prior notice. I refused saying i wont allow this as its against my privacy and in this covid situation its fatal also. The owner can go to legal for this, then only they started to backfoot as they know they cant do anything about this as these clauses are completely illegal parts of agreement.I am done with them and will never suggest anyone to do any business with aeon and trisl and especially md salam.
