Such great place, best Real Estate Company in Dubai Ive visited so far, they helped me to get my dream house in a matter of days. Every process was taken care by then, Ejari, paperwork, cleaning everything. I just had to sit down, relax and watch the work get done. Im happy with they word and the way they build their service around us they clients and not themselves, Ill surely visit them again when I need to change the place. People who have rated 5 stars probably work for this company. By far the worst real estate service I have experienced in my 20 years in UAE. Terrible service- not only are they inefficient and dont deliver on time, the agent I was dealing with always tried to turn the blame on me and tried to convince me that he was doing me a favour by leasing the apartment to me! Not even apologetic when it was his own fault that the apartment was handed over more than a week after the tenancy starting date. The cleaning and maintenance quality at hand over was just unacceptable even when things were highlighted to the managers ahead of time. Would not recommend this company at all- clearly quality means nothing to them.
