We waited over an hour in a hot car park for the agent to turn up to let us into the apartment. I had my 5 year old son with me who was tired and in desperate need of the bathroom. It really wasn’t fair. Check in should run like clockwork. There was no warm welcome, the agent was in a foul mood, no drinks on arrival, nothing. It was awful.Our first apartment was backing on to a building site, the balcony was full of dust and it was so noisy. The agent made some calls and took us to a second apartment in the same area.The location was better but it was dirty, thick with dust, had broken and dirty kitchen equipment, water damage in the bathroom. And the shower and bath didn’t work. It took them 3 full days to fix the bathroom and to get the place cleaned. It ruined the start of our holiday.They paint their company out to be luxury and it really isn’t, it’s second rate at best. There were no fluffy pillows or towels, we had one small thin bath towel per person that we were expected to use for the full two weeks in the house and at the pool. The pillows were awful and you’re not given enough, one each.Theres no cleaning equipment, we had two old used tea towels and some used sponges. And as for being able to entertain and cook for up to four people (as detailed on their website) there was one cereal bowl for a start, mismatched crockery, mugs and glasses, and well youll see from the photos what the pots and pans were like. We ended up having to buy a set of pots and pans so we could make breakfast.They are terrible at calling you back, they don’t answer the phone and the agent never turns up on time, in one case he was 3 hours late.I asked them to compensate me for the lost days and the stress it caused. I would have at least expected the first three days to be refunded. By way of compensation they offered me a discount should I use them again but honestly I wouldn’t put myself through the stress and upset of using them again.

The team at Frank Porter are fantastic. They have been looking after my property for just over a year now and it was a good decision for me to partner up with them. Everything is transparent so I can see all bookings and payouts in my app so I always know what my revenue will be. It’s fair to say that you can expect a few missing plates and smashed glasses now and again but it’s all replaced quickly by them so I don’t have to make the dreaded IKEA trip!I’m just a happy owner leaving a good review because I actually appreciate the hard work they do for me. If you are a Holiday Home owner, dont work with them. I found this company from an article in newspaper. I went to their website and put my property information and then they gave me an estimate that I can earn 30% to 50% more than long term rental revenue and of course I can use my property whenever I travel to Dubai. I have bought best TV, Sofa beds, washing machine, etc. and sign their contract and waiting for their promising rental revenue. Most of the time I see that the price they rent out my unite, is hardly covers the utilities expenses. They only set the price to cover utilities and their share of rental revenue. After first year of my contract I was so upset and wanted to cancel my contract. They sent me an email and told me covid was the problem and ask me it’s over now and wait for another year, I did so and the second year was worse than first year. Their calendar shows no booking on your property and when I search the area on any platforms like AirBnB and booking and other short term rental platforms, on the same dates they claim your unit was available, I could NOT find my property. To get rid of them at the end of your contract is another story. They keep you months to cancel their permit and let you go. Terrible experience. I am so regret and ashamed of myself to trust them from the beginning.

We were very happy with our stay! Thea was very responsive to anything we needed and the check in and check out was easy breezy.The place is actually much bigger than it looks in the photos, so that was a pleasant surprise. The pool was nice and the beach is only a 7-8 minute walk from the flat. The whole area there is nice with many restaurants and things to do, including the cinema which we went to a couple times. Carrefour grocery store is right down the street and there is a great market as well directly in front of the flat building.The front desk guys were very nice and helpful. The gym was good and glad I got to use it a few times.We had a great time and would come back next time in Dubai for sure!

I have multiple properties and have used multiple management companies and they are by far the best. Always pay on time, fully transparent on their statements and with the owners app and the occupancy they manage to achieve is better than what I could have ever expected. Thank you Frank Porter.

We booked an apartment in Monreve and requested baby cot, high chair and early check-in in which was all agreed upon. On arrival after robotic resources we found out that front desk did not have any information about us, we waited for an email to be sent.. Then we were asked to wait the apartment was not ready. They asked us to drop our luggage and go to the mall. For us we wanted to put kids to sleep after a loong flight. When we went up at 3pm the cleaners had just started cleaning without any safety. They handled the so called fresh limens with bare hands immediately after removing the old linens. Their is absolutely no covid safety, the ladies tried their best but with the limited time they did shoddy job. We requested to cancel but then no refund. This company has its own rules of frustrating guests once they have your money. My sister left a feedback on the airbnb but i had to mention it here. Keep off this company.I forgot to say no baby cot or high chair was provided. Reaso was other guest was using. The agent told me they would send but we checked out without.Then they ask and nag for guests to leave them good reviews. Seems most are fake.

If you are a Holiday Home owner, dont work with them. In the first quarter I lost my super host status (which I had for +2 interrupted years), they didnt follow services as per contract and keep charging the full % amount, bad quality on maintenance follow-up, annual targets set didnt even reach the 50%, they take forever to answer emails. Watch out before signing the contract, they have a clause of staying with them 60 days or paying 1.5K AED fee, once you tell them you dont want to continue they will block your calendar making impossible to receive any other booking in the next 60 days to force you to pay 1.5K AED. Everything that happens to them is due COVID haha..

I am really confused by the glowing reviews Frank Porter gets here. My experience was nothing short of painful. Yes they will respond rapidly to an email you send them, but the response is usually canned and of no value - we will get back to you on this. And then you dont hear from them again. I booked a 4-day short-term villa they manage and the whole process was not easy from start to finish. Well except for the taking money part - at that they are really good. I only got the location of the place I booked AFTER check-in, yet they hurried me out of the door at check-out with repeated reminders. And they failed to mention they had painted and sealed off the main upstairs bathroom for two bedrooms until after check-in. They also insisted I prove I had paid a deposit before allowing me to use the property so I had to stand there searching through endless credit-card transactions in my sms folder until eventually I found it from several weeks earlier. And despite pushing me to be out by 11m on the final day, do you think anyone showed up to receive the keys and do handover? Nope. As for the property itself, it is best described as tired. And yes they ARE responsible since they are managing it. From now I will avoid any listing managed by this outfit.EDIT: As you will see from their response they still do not take responsibility, claiming they could not verify my deposit -despite me sending it to them after they sent me a payment link. They also state in their initial email after you book: We will contact you within 24 hours before check-in, to coordinate the keys and provide the exact property / apartment number. So getting that info AFTER check-in time is NOT acceptable under any circumstances. If you claim you were not aware of the deposit being paid why did you not ask - again since you asked repeatedly until I paid it? And it was ONLY after I called booking.com to complain that they gave me the actual location...again AFTER the allocated check-in time. And NO it was not sorted out on the phone. Your man at the property (who arrived late AFTER check-in time) insisted on me proving the deposit was paid. And an urgent bathroom fix done in the morning could have been explained BEFORE check-in, not after. And NO you did not arrive at 11am for the handover. I waited until 11:30 and then called, and was told someone would come at 12. SO in your world it seems to be ok, after all that, to leave your guest hanging around waiting for an hour. But then again it was also ok to share the location AFTER a complaint and AFTER the check-in time. Man-up Frank Porter. This was a disaster of a booking. Accept responsibility and fix it. And while you at it, the property desperately needs some fixing too...

We have stayed in shams 4 apartment and in general were were satisfied we with our stay.Still some small details require your attention. Like missing towels and bed clothes on arrival.But all problems have been closed in very short period, so Ill recommend their services. Just keep move forward and youll reach perfection.

I have found Bobby and Anna very hard working and Professional, managing one the most reputed Short Rental Management companies in Dubai.I write this from my own free will. Having had our apartments managed under short term rental from other Short Rental Companies for 7 years Frank Porter have by far been the most Honest and Transparent. Plus their monthly rental payments are always timely and earlier than expected.Give them one apartment and let Frank Porter do their magic.

It was such a pleasant atmosphere in the franker porter- Marquise. The room atmosphere is surrounded by exquisite scenery of rivers and buildings. The room was extraordinary splendid. First impression was really bad. They made us wait in the car for 3 hours because they had to do some paper work!!! Nobody picks up the phone. They have an emergency phone number that keeps ringing forever. It was really bad experience. We stayed at marina residence 5.

Excellent and professional company and team. I was so impressed by the the agent that came to greet me on arrival at my new home for the next 2 weeks. Showed me in to the property and was very satisfied of how clean it was and even had little amenities in the bathroom. It looked exactly like the pictures. They answered any queries straight away. There was fresh linen and towels for the whole apartment. The whole experience from booking online and paying was super easy. All the information that I required of the apartment was written down in this booklet and how to operate the kitchen utilities.Overall I will definitely be staying in another Frank Porter property and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Avoid like the plague!! The worst service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They have messed up my last 2 trips to Dubai. They don’t inform the security, so expect an hour of waiting on arrival. They don’t answer calls, then when it hits 6 a voicemail tells you they are closed and to contact the emergency number. Guess what? There’s no emergency number so you’re screwed. I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting in the lobby for the past hour with no solution in sight. Avoid avoid avoid. Seriously I’ve never written a review on google but I literally will shout this from every rooftop. Frank Porters is by far and wide the worst agency I’ve dealt with. Please please please avoid.

What a little surprise this place was. Location was ideal. The apartment was amazing, it had a view from the balcony where you could just see Dubai fountains. Its a short walk to the mall and there is a supermarket over the road. Up on arrival we was greeted and assured of our welcomed stay. There was a washing machine provided with wash tablets and even a maiden to hang your clothes, safe to say we did all our washing before we came back from our holiday. It also had the usual brew making condiments but was rather surprised by the Nespresso, which since Ive had to purchase one myself. Such a lovely stay and cant wait to return.

Out of all the short-term rental agencies in Dubai this one is the worst. I had approximately eight different short-term stays in Dubai so far. Despite a 10-day-stay they did not manage to fix a clogged toilet in an apartment during the entire stay, although I called eight times. They never greet guests in person; just leave the door to the apartment open. The instructions are not sufficient (e.g. about the allocated parking spots or so). For guests... if you go for an apartment managed by Frank Porter, do not book with them directly. Theyll charge a high security deposit and it takes them a month and four reminder calls to return it. For owners ... get some other agency! Youll only earn bad reviews with them. A W F U L ! On the bright side... the apartments are real and they are not a total scam, although my nickname for them now is Prank Porter.

Got a apartment is very bad condition. Frank Porter let me pay 300 more and pay 800 deposit just to be moved in to another apartment that was leaking in the bathroom, parking card not working(leaves you stranded in the parking garage) and No WiFi or TV and now I got another €250 euro to pay in data cost(Thank you Kennedy for cutting the line that day)). I will take legal action as this ruined my son’s first birthday

I have been dealing with Frank Porter as an apartment owner for over 5 months now and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a property management company. They have great service with a very responsive team that handles every little detail about my property from rental to apartment upkeep and customer satisfaction.My only remark is related to their application which doesnt seem to be very accurate at times and definitely requires some kind of a software update/upgrade hope they spend some time and money to improve it and it would be nice to also be able to see more details about the reservations.

We trusted our 2-bedroom apartment in JBR and regretted it. The company is not professional at all, they only respond when they feel like it. Our property has been renting out since February but we only got ONE payout check so far. They are always give some lame excuses about bank issues and such. They also charge you all sort of extra fees, that you can not verify. So think twice before trusting them your property. The occupancy rates are pretty high, but you won’t get your money on time! I am going to keep leaving reviews in the hope that some people will be warned!

They took my 2bhk apartment and trashed it.Owner customer service team doesnt respond to owners feedback..theyve stopped guest checkins and made apartment self checkin..cleaning and maintenance was poor.. one by one the property started earning negative reviews..their team /ceo ignores/dismisses negative reviews and doesnt action customer feedback which is hard to come out of. Slowly bookings dry up due to negative reviews and property becomes loss making leaving the owners on their own. Top it all the agency will charge u 1500aed contract termination fees. SO THE OWNER IS LEFT WITH MORE LOSS.

The duplex apartment at Jumeriah heights is very spacious and in a nice low rise apartment complex that is in a Miami style. There is a large well-kept swimming pool in the middle of the complex, that is very quiet most of the time. The staff in the complex are very helpful and friendly. The location is great, whilst being quiet, but also only a 5–10-minute walk from a small shopping and restaurant complex on the lake. The hustle and bustle of Dubai is also only a 10-minute (£3-5) taxi ride away.The apartment itself is clean, spacious and well looked after. The double height living room is very large and the kitchen with island is well equipped with modern conveniences. Both bedrooms are very large and spacious with walkthrough wardrobes and large bathrooms.The managing agents are also really helpful, whenever we had any issues or need to alter our stay they were always there to help in a timely manner.Couldnt recommend it more, similar price to the marina but twice the amount of space.

I would like to share my experience so you don’t have to be just as disappointed as I was. I rented their JLT studio. I arrived to the building at 3 pm, no agent to be found, the security doesn’t know about anything but he calls the agent. He says to give the security the deposit and get the keys. Security doesn’t have the key, no receipt for the deposit, the conversation goes back and forth for 40 minutes. I’m waiting, the agent decides to not to answer my calls. Finally made it to the apartment at 4. Unfortunately the place was so dirty, my first move was to mop it as it was unacceptable. The floor had red bloodish stains and lots of dirt, pictures attached. To my biggest surprise the stains disappeared just with a simple mopping. No wifi password. I have no words how can they rent such a dirty place, especially during corona time. Very disappointed by the place and management. I would not recommend by any means, the apartment was not cleaned before our arrival and that’s unacceptable. I could have rented a well- managed, clean hotel room. I’m sorry for my mistake.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from these scam artists. I booked an apartment with them through AirBNB and everything that was promised in the ad turned out to be a lie. Its an apartment, thats the only thing that was true. Enough reason for Frank Porter not to want to give a refund. Thought airBNB was there to help, but they are only enabling these scam artists. Seriously, stay away from them or it will be your fault that you are losing money.

This company is a disaster, I checked in last night and half the lamps in the apartment and there was no Wi-Fi. I called the company to tell them they told me well call you in 5 minutes and then they disappeared. I called them 15 times and no reply. In the morning I called them again and they told me that well solve the issue and they did nothing. I have work and I need to be logged in to the internet ofcourse, and theyve caused me alot of issues in work due to this. I call them every hour, they tell me sorry sir were not able to solve it yet and they dont seem to even care. I even asked them to move me to any other room or support me with Wi-fi they said NO. Last thing they told me call the internet provider and solve your issue with them. I dont believe how a company operates like that and now theyre not even answering the phone.I wrote this for everyone who is willing to book with this company to tell them please dont book with them if you dont want to feel used.

Do NOT book directly from their website. I had the worst experience booking directly with them due to their cancelation policy that is different from their policy on AirBnB (I booked them before on AirBnB). My family and I couldnt make our trip to Dubai due to Covid travel restrictions and we pleaded to them for a refund. They initially agreed to a 50% refund, after days of NO refund I followed up with an email about my 50% refund then was told they changed their mind and its now 0% refund... lol. A joke right??? I couldnt believe I was dealing with a real company at that point felt like I was scammed. Very unprofessional and zero integrity! Never have I dealt with such people with zero integrity. Communication was poor also. I hope the money they decide not to refund us has made a lot of difference for them as a company and worth ruining their integrity over.

Ive met Frank Porter almost 3 years ago, that time they were pretty new to the vacation rental management in Dubai. The service theyve provided since has been invaluable. They even took care of furnishing my condo to a high standard. The Team at Frank Porter has been always responsive with owner relation questions and when things went wrong with the apartment, they were there to resolve the issue, so I did not have to be worried from a considerable geographic distance. Frank Porter’s services and professional attitude altogether made it possible to run a profitable, headache free short term rental business. :)

I booked an apartment through Agoda, and this company charged me AED 800 as a deposit. Only 3 weeks after checkout I received back 590 AED, for no apparent reason.Also during my stay, there were no pillow covers and they were extremely unresponsive and came to give us 2 pillow covers instead of 4, only 4 days later (when we had just a few days left in the apartment)Edit: they refunded back the rest after they called me and also promised a reduced rate for booking with them.

They will trash your apartment and make money on top of that.I trusted Frank Porter with my 2 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina. It was handed to them in perfect condition. After only the second guest, I started seeing abuse to my furniture and belongings. I have raised the red flag to Frank Porter and asked them to properly inspect the apartment after each guest and charge the security deposit in case of any damages, they assured me that they will pay extra attention to such abuses. u2028u2028I left Dubai trusting that this company is professional and that the incident was a glitch. After a year, I decided to visit Dubai and check on my apartment. Unfortunately, Frank porter completely ignored this. My apartment was trashed, dirty, with dead plants, bed bugs, destroyed belongings, scratched floor, burnt sofa covers, broken art pieces and broken furniture. This was not wear and tear damage, it was intentional due to no proper inspection that follows the UAE regulation especially during Covid-19 times.I was so shocked with the poor state my apartment go to. Frank Porter always had silly excuses, they did not own up to the problems, they rejected my request for refunds of damages worth almost 7000 AED, they did not allow me to check their inspection reports because they know it will reveal their faults, they refused to even be held accountable for anything. This is a company that takes a whopping 17% of profit as a “management fee”, the highest in the market. They even rejected to drop the management fee for a month or two to fairly compensate me for their mistakes. They only offered to send their maintenance man for things that are beyond repair and need replacement.I even found a used condom and cigarette bud in one of the bed rooms. Frank Porter turns out to be just a facade of a professional home rental company. They don’t care about your belongings, they are just in it to make as much money as possible while drastically deteriorating and abusing your belongings. They’re cleaning team only changes bed sheets and does topical vacuuming.The Airbnb rating dropped from 4.6 to 4 due to their complete negligence, lack of care and accountability. I am stunned by the fact that they still hold a license for holiday home rentals with the extremely low unsanitary and unhealthy practices.Due to this horrible experience, I had no choice but to cut my losses and terminate this doomed partnership. Frank Porter went further and deducted 1000 AED from my earned profit + their management fee of 17%. On top of that while they’ve held 1000 already they are asking for another 1000 for a termination fee. They owe me money for the damages and poor service and are so cheap and delusional enough to hold the same amount of the termination and ask for more. This is not a company that cares it is an absolute joke and scam.

One of the worst property management company i’ve ever booked from.They have requested me to cancel my booking, when i did they did not refund the deposit nor the apartment fees. Although i have an email telling me that they will do so.I keep calling them, they say they will call back for updates. However, no one calls.

Stayed in 3 different apartments with this company, no issues on apartments however one of them had no wifi or Tv’s working.Staying in the apartment 3 weeks ago and still waiting on refund.The company seem to think they have the right to take time to process a refund for an apartment sold with Working wifi or TV’s.Nothing wrong with apartments only issue appears to be the staff. As on date I have still not received a refund and am opening a case against the company.There are easier people with similar offerings to deal with in Dubai21 days now and still waiting

This is the most useless property management company ever. So many problems right from the moment I moved into their apartment. Barely a few days after moving in, the refrigerator stopped working. I’d call them tirelessly to fix it only for them to keep posting me and even when they send someone to fix it, it stops working few hours after the “technician” leaves. Took 2 and a half month to get the flipping refrigerator fixed! Just recently, I got a call that I had to vacate the apartment the next day without any prior notice saying it’s been booked already! This is a company that the last agent asked me over the phone if I would like to extend, of which I replied yes. Left to me I thought I’d just keep making the monthly payments and never did I expect to be chased out of the apartment with less than 12 hours to look for another apartment! I offered to pay the monthly fee as usual but they disagreed, still tried to reason with them to give me a few days to sort an apartment but my pleas fell on deaf ears. To cut short, they are UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALSO LACK HUMAN COMPASSION. I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM. THE MENTAL STRESS I FACED TRYING TO GET AN APARTMENT WITH 12 HOURS TO SPARE WAS WEAKENING.

My experience with Frank Porter has been flawless. Their team was responsive, professional and very flexible throughout the term of our contract which I had to terminate for personal reasons. Right from the start, they handled everything including the licensing requirements, communication with building management, photography, ads etc. Once the appartement was ready for rent, they gave me access to the Owners portal and I could track all the information including bookings, gross revenue, net revenue, details of the tenant and so on. Their rates are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to any property owner who is thinking of short term rentals without headaches.

I book apartment and the photo of the owner was soho ( the Name of the tower) it was frank potter management company behind!They don’t help you for early check in and two hours before they will send you all the details for the apartment! So if you are from abroad and you don’t have internet you need to find internet from coffee shop (they replay like this to me) and two hours before you will know where you need to go! And of course you will make alone check in! But when you have check out, exactly 11 o clock they will send someone!And the only communication it’s only from Airbnb! They will not give you what’s app number for better communication!For me it’s the worst choice!

Worst agency I’ve been working with in Dubai and I’ve been working with a lot. The service is inexistant, staff is rude over the phone. You call them 10 times a day and they pretend that their colleague will call you back but they don’t everyone u wanna talk to is apparently always out of office or busy.. I rented two different unit this year for long term (over a month for each unit) from them and I only had issue back to back. and my last experience was the worst I rented a place from them nothing was working in the apartment, broken, AC leaking, sink blocked, shower blocked, smelly fridge, chairs broken on the balcony, curtain broken, no gaz in the kitchen, carpet and couch full of stains and dirt and more... the list is too long to even get into more details. Everything is falling Apart and so is their services. Make sure u don’t have high standards cause what u see on Airbnb under their multiple profiles isnt at all what u get once you check in!I highly DON’T recommend this agency there is so much better and more professional all over dubai. Run away!

Stayed at an airbnb apartment managed by Frank Porters in Dubai and it was an absolutely horrible experience. The stay was for 8 days and there were soo many issues with the apartment (washing machine not working, Internet very poor, drainage issues, cleanliness issues) that were not resolved during my stay. Frank Porters did not take our comments seriously, did not visit us during, effectively did nothing to resolve the problem.

These guys are known in Dubai for providing some of the worst and most unprofessional service in the short-term holiday home business. They have glossy designer photos of flats that suddenly become off the market right before you move in, and then try to shove you into another property of much poorer quality. Do your research and read the negative reviews folks, as the 5star reviews are all done by their PR team or paid reviews. I have just had another colleague royally messed around by these guys, shame shame!

Frank Porter is mostly talk. This is the second time we rent from them and honestly the hygiene isnt good, the Furniture of the apartments are mediocre, a bloody laugh. We rented in JBR and Citywalk and paid thousands per night for rooms that were not up to par !The apartments from outside look good, the interior cutout is fine but everything else is not good, the internet is poor !i do not recommend the apartments by Frank porter.

Three words to describe the Frank Porter experience: excellence, responsiveness, professionalism. Last year in March, I spent a week in an apartment managed by Frank Porter and I couldn’t have been happier. My husband and I were planning on booking a place this year as well, however given the situation with a global pandemic such a COVID-19, our travel plans were cancelled.Our impeccably decorated apartment was situated in the Marina area of Dubai where most of my friends reside. Anna and Bobby were incredibly accommodating given our “earlier than expected arrival” and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.I hope we can visit again soon and hopefully by then Frank Porter has expanded to other countries and regions!Thrilled with my experience, I can not recommend this service enough !

We had the worst airbnb experience in sadaf JBR/Dubai.The apartment was a complete failure..none of the equipments were functioning properly from the internet to the washing machine, to the sinks, to the lights, the pipes...it was horrible!We tried contacting you frank porter for you to try fixing the apartment but nothing was fixed and things were getting worse. You guys contacted us begging us to remove a bad review but you didnt even give us a parial refund after the bad experience we had...BAD MANAGEMENT BAD SERVICE...

Apartment in Dubai marina is in a great location with near by markets restaurants about 7 mins to the beach !!! A lot near by sites , Very nice clean apartment with nice view balcony !!! Definitely recommend and definitely will be using frank Porter in the future
