Ive lived here for 2 years. Great security and always clean. Right in the middle price wise and older building thats well kept and spacious. The maintenance can take a bit of time but they always do it and well. Our apartment is bigger than most modern apartments. We love it here

One of the finest people in real estate is Mr Rabil Tasleem, he has made our tenancy with Al Kawakeb an absolute delight and comfortable, 5 star rating for him and his team 👍

We are a new tenant with Al Kawakeb, and in our first week we experienced faulty facilities which is unacceptable. We complained and called the customer service but people who got in touch with us are rude and not empathetic, Namely Dom, Khaled and Nawas. We appreciate to receive prompt response and action but it has been 2 weeks now and no one attended our concern which put our operations in some delays and loss.

This is appreciation post for all the support we have received from the management in the difficult time of the pandemic. Most amazing communication and understanding ,great help and support when the most needed . highly recommend !
