Had a slight issue with a leaking water tap in one of my bathrooms.Appointment was arranged quickly for the following day.Maintenance team showed up perfectly on time and fixed the leaking water tap within an hour without having to replace parts.Both guys were skilled and knew what they were doing. They also took off their shoes and wore disposable shoes/socks while in the apartment.Would definitely recommend.

DONT HIRE THEM!On going issue since September 2020!Back in Sep 2020 I hired them for the AC leakage service. After one Month (October 2020) started leaking again & when I called them to check it again they ignored me. So I stopped Using that particular AC until summer season started in May 2021.Leakage happened once again in May 2021 & even more than before. I called them to fix it & they claimed it was fixed, then 15 days later leakage continued to happen & even worse. So I called them again & charged me one more time since they claimed that the coil in specific was the issue & needs cleaning. Job took 2 hours, but the leakage is still there & even worse than before!I’m fighting them for a refund for my last 2 bills since the service & job wasn’t fulfilled!I have videos of the leakage & I have images of my communication with them over WhatsApp.I managed to negotiate a refund & they only agreed to refund the last job (although both were only 15 days apart so I should get a full refund) but it took them 20 days to refund the money (everyday saying today it will be refunded)Both Shamnas & Salman are the worst employees. They don’t know what customer service is. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. If I can put a negative rating I would’ve.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NEVER HIRE THEM!

Had an emergency at home (AC broke down) during the mandatory quarantine due to COVID-19 and they were very responsive. Had the service done very promptly with reasonable prices. Will recommend their service to all!

We had leakage and other issues in our apartment and it took a huge number of calls to get your team to come and do the work. They came and promised to come the next day to finish the work. Nobody turned up or called. We had to call and follow up again a lot of times. A number of times your team promised to come on a particular day and we would take half day leaves and end up with no one coming. This is the case for the past 3 months. And now they finished one part of the work which is done very badly and the leak is back in two days. The team is so unprofessional and bad at work.

I highly recommend this maintenance company. They are very professional and punctual. They do the job properly. Team is very polite and cost is very reasonable. They offer complete service for building maintenance and youll surely be satisfy with their work.

I am really happy and satisfied with Kwik Fix Maintenance. I had an issue of Water Heater and in this ongoing situation of Covid-19, they assisted me really well, all their staff maintained a good hygiene with all the precautionary measures. I would personally recommend them to all.

The kwikfix team carry out inspection and AC work in Jumeirah. They were very professional although Covid 19 time, they are wearing protective wear, keep social distancing and sanitize all the area after they finish the work. The team is very polite, responsive and have very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend it to all your friends and family.

We used Kwik Fix for the last 3 years with AMC, excellent service, always speedy coming to inspect an issues we have. All staff always happy and helpful. Also during Covid Lockdown very professional with all contractors wearing all the protective gear. I would highly recommend the company.
