Moved in to an Apartment in Pacific Al Marjan this week (06/07/21). We had a few teething problems the day we took occupancy but the team sorted all the issues we raised efficiently & before our belongings were moved in. Communication was good throughout the process & maintenence were on hand on our move day to help with any small issues that cropped up. They dealt with these really well & couldnt do enough to help us. Impressed with how they handled the situation. Id recommend Select if youre thinking of renting or buying one of their properties.

I have been dealing with SP since 2016. I have invested with them in UK and Dubai and they have been absolutely spot on with their advice, support and rental payments. I personally would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for a safe and reliably real estate outfit.

It was a pleasure and great experience working with Sanaa Khan in Select Group. My experience in purchasing a flat in RAK was smooth and hassle free. She was very supportive and understanding through out the sales process, always available and happy to adjust the processes as per our needs. I found Select group a professional and easy to work with organisation. Both Sanaa and Jonalyn in RAK were superb and was great help during my whole purchase process.Would happy to do business again ( if the staff retained:)).

We dealt with Sanaa Khan as a consultant from Select Property and she was fantastic! She made sure that our choice was right for us and our budget, and was more than happy to answer the endless questions that we sent her way. She has also gone above and beyond to help us in areas that she is not responsible for, and we really appreciated her support through the process. Looks like the only way to add to a review is to edit, so let me update followers about the resolution. First of all thank you for the flowers 💐. I had them in my thermos for lack of a vase, and then one of your representatives came with a nice glass vase in case I didn’t have one. Thank you.I appreciate your being so willing to understand my perspective. I come from a culture where sales and customer service are huge mindsets for the typical consumer. Not everyone sees business from the same angle, but I see now that Select cares deeply about the people to whom they rent.One thing that has gone astray in much of the world today is acceptance of differences and mistakes, and many people want to destroy their opponents and cancel relationships (business or otherwise), and I don’t want to be a part of that destruction. When I open an uncomfortable discussion, I am seeking a reconciliation, and I am grateful for Select Group’s maturity and wisdom to reach out.I accept the apology and look forward to enjoying mutual understanding.There are certainly some good people working for the company, but there are a couple of people who did not meet my expectations for customer service. As a tenet, when some thing goes wrong, you may wish to express how you were inconvenienced. Having to have the hot water heater replaced in such a new building after a rainstorm was surprising. My ceiling was dripping, and I was without hot water for four days. When I mentioned that I had to shower with cold water at 4:30 am, I was cut off and interrupted. I started again, and though the person I was talking to was on the phone to resolve the problem, it seemed as though they had zero interest in in what I was saying. They looked away and went on to another task. This frustrated me very much, and I said so. I also explained that I have done customer service and sales in the past and one basic thing I learned is that saying something like “Wow, that must have been inconvenient; I’m sorry” in a sincere tone of voice goes a long way. My comment was met with defensiveness and an insincere apology. Thing is, we all have jobs and when we are the ones being paid for customer service, we don’t demand to have things done to suit us. We reach out to the customer. When I am the customer who has been inconvenienced, I expect just a moment that you to listen me and show that you understand my experience. I did not get that, and I called them on it. One of the employees turned their back on me and told me to leave. I went to the management of the apartment complex who is the person who hears complaints, and that person understood my experience. That person is not part of this company, so their options for dealing with this issue are limited. They did, however, listen to me and showed concern, and that was helpful. They also had a maintenance manager show me to my apartment to make sure the problem was resolved, and it was. I appreciate that. With the Select Group, there are a couple of really nice people in the office, but there a couple of people who need some training in customer service. Let me say that when I am pleased with how I am treated by a business, I recommend them and give them my business, even when it’s a little out of my way. When a business disappoints me, I believe in accountability. I do not want be hostile, but I will call you out on it. I deserve better treatment and so do all customers. The housing market is in the renter’s favor right now, , and it is really customer service that will set you apart. I rent my apartment for more than many other apartments’ asking price, and just a simple, “I’m sorry for your inconvenience “ in a sincere tone would have made me say, “Thank you.” We would have moved on from there. Too bad.

I have been doing business with SPG since 2016. I have purchased several units from them in UK and Dubai. I noticed from my first interactions their high degree of attention to customer satisfaction. My experience with SPG so far has ben almost flawless (well no body is 100% perfect....). Only few minor issue that they addressed very quickly. I have a lot of confidence in their judgment and they have so far delivered on their plans and on the agreements.

Have an apartment in Torch, due to flammable cladding apartment burnt.despite this bought an apartment in Marina Gate, the bath tub is a joke, 1/2 the size of a regular tub length. guess they wanted to make a jacuzzi and something went wrong :) jokes apart, the design has a major fault, the walk in shower if you enter in for a shower to come out is a task its a minuscule walk in shower. The last straw was when a sales person informs me that DEWA is against 2 bedroom apartments installing a dishwasher. seriously??? seems the apartment cannot take the load. and 3 bedrooms are equipped for a dishwasher. its like telling someone you cant use a hair dryer in your apartment. Seriously why dont they hire some educated sensible staff as Sales, cuts a sorry figure. a dishwasher has no compressor just a small motor to turn in the water. and now its going to take months to get an approval after buying the apartment they inform no provision for dishwasher.the top management needs to look into this.we have another 1 bedroom from emaar and it has a dishwasher. here we are ready to buy and all this hassle, waste of time.Never again will invest in Select Properties.

Decent work of employees: professionalism, punctuality, tact, patience allow you to quickly and clearly close the transaction. The whole agreement is fulfilled, even during the crisis period, optimal solutions were found for all participants in the transaction. Reputation Select Property = 5 stars
