As most cstmrs opinion .. wasl customer care staffs are such an irresponsible people.. they only know to tell ll check or call back and no one calls.. they cant help with customer prblms.. i have been calling 100 times daily for my deposit refund.. its been 1 mnth.. i think they jst typed and sent us as prove for their trasctn jst to make fool of cstmr.. and every time we mail they ll jst forwrd again same mail.. why this reputed company stealing poor peopls money..Never ever deposit any money for this compny .😡😡😡😡

Probably one of the worst customer service in my experience.Been unfortunately dealing with this center for the past 4 years.There is no value for customers, every client is treated like garbage. Starting for the security people until the staff, everyone thinks that they are above the customer which is very sad to see.Everyone here works like a robot and hardly anyone wants to help or at least try to help the customers.There are a couple of good people in there but unfortunately their hard work gets perished by the absolute worst behavior of everyone else.Usually I don’t write bad reviews but I’m forced to write one after currently having a horrifying experience here

Disclaimer... These comments are not meant to defame anyone but these are based on my personal experience and are meant to guide all those who are effected by the pandemic and due to salary cut or job loss are looking for better lease options and planning to visit Al wasl.To start with Al wasl, when i was looking for leasing property on rent then i opted for Al wasl just for one reason that being a fair company i wont be scammed..I was told when i signed the agreement that i have one free month but guess what after 2 years when my contractis about to expire i am told i dont have that. when asked why? the answar is they dont know.Lesson learnt and advise to everyone else get this one month free thing in written before signing the lease agreement.Now coming to the customer center at healthcare city well Its the worst place when it come to parking.. be prepare for that. or better hire a taxi.The Indian lady sitting on front desk seems to know nothing and did bother to turn off her phone but blatantly kept her whatsapp open and was rather attentive to that.She seems nothing and anything i ask her she said she dont know but i stood my grounds and made her call others to get my answar but still was not able to accurately answar my queries.Atlast i have to giveup becoz she dont know anything and told me no one in the center is there to listen to residental lease issue.Healthcare customers center is for commericial lease issue only not residental..In the end Al wasl have reduced this summer prices of rent but no relief for current tenants and also didnt trained its customer center employees to atleast listen to the tenants and give them polite answar not the blatant reply No its only for new tenents, if you want then terminate current contract and made new. I thinkpeople are leaving the properties becoz of pandemic crunch and the unprofessional behaviour of customer services employees atleast for me its the case.Al wasl have the best properties in dubai but not the best customer service.

I have pending security deposit with wasl for the past 76 days for the flat vacated on 05.11.2020. I was forced to go to wasl smart center and they gave manager number to follow up. I hope the problem to be resolved in near future. Finally I got my security deposit after 96 days on 08.02.2021 after vacating the flat on 05.11.2020.

Worst experience ever.. I have vacate my flat in the month of July and still I have not be given my refund for house deposit. Several follow us on mails and calls are been done but they have been giving reasons on every call and the customer agent is not giving accurate timeline on the refundThe calls are put on hold for more than 15minutes.After vacating the flat it took 2 months to do final inspection by their engineer to finalize the settlement and yet till date they are not updating me on the refundThe customer care agent is not clear and trust worthy on the commitment to provide the refund.we have been on-time on our cheque payments.I would not like to recommend wasl to anyone

I have been directed to wasl smart ( smarts word meaning changed???) center in health care city for key and remote handing over after lease termination. Special schedule for handing over also given as 3:00 to 8:00 pm. I have reached there at 6:00pm after my office, and parked my car in RTA paid parking slot -315G. With great joy of getting a parking I have entered the building with lot of joy & confidence. Without removing my sunglasses I have told the security Wasl Properties. The security began to laugh, and told Sir !!!its closed, they close thier office at 5PM. Suddenly I have removed my sunglass and started begging him, please check, there is no way to close at 5pm, I told him. Then he stopped his laugh, and said nothing to be checked!!! you may go sir.

Very bad service, don’t rent from them, trying to get out of lease since 2 months, they want you to use app that doesn’t work, no customer service, everyone you talk on their 800 number doesn’t help & say someone will call you, I can’t even handover keys until I present termination form that I can’t get so far, rent from individual owners not companies like this..

I seriously believe the front desk staff especially in front of lift need some sort of training. They are not even ready to hear what we are saying. Im encountering this from wasl first time. I have been into wasl several times but never experienced this kind of behaviour.

DISGUSTING customer service. 800wasl says Someone will call you. What do you get? After days and days and reminders and reminders, someone gives a missed call at closing time, and writes in system call made, customer unavailable. If you call back on number, it doesnt connect.You go to their offices, they tell you to email customer service and lease dept. Someone will call you, someone will call you. NO ONE CALLS BACK. Wasl is such an UNPROFESSIONAL company, and it is supposed to be semi-govt. But what horrible horrible customer service. Their motto is Khalli Walli (I dont care). If you send email, the return email is standard - someone will revert. NO ONE REVERTS. For more than a month I have called 800Wasl, emailed dozens of times, visited their offices, and here I am, writing this review. They deserve 0 stars. They are only interested in getting money, but not earning it.DISGUSTED, UTTERLY DISGUSTED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN UAE. WORST !!

They have no option of trying anything and their favourite word is know even when its their mistaeUpdate 4th October 2020: wish i could give zero stars. Vacated the apartment on 27th Aug 2020 and submitted documents on 29th Aug for refund.. Till today 8 emails and 4 calls but no refund yet. They have strict rules snd fines for taking money but refunding can be done at their sweet time. Sad

They deserve no stars at all. Worst customer service experience in Dubai. Very arrogant leasing manager who believes he is above talking to customers. By visiting, you will be wasting your day. I have visited 4 times to resolve my issue, and ended up paying penalties for their irresponsible management. I have not seen anyone leaving happy.
