Good pricing, not expensive, very reasonable, and good service.

I have used this venue periodically over a couple years.Last straw, I have had it and would rather get a new printer and own binding, or go somewhere a bit further.They are not professional, ignore the customer, do not apologise as a basic courtesy. It does not take education to be service oriented only consideration. For a place producing corporate documentation they should be professional.Like Ill send a document and say Ill be there in 10 mins and end up waiting another 10 mins for them to fiddle around. They dont manage their equipment properly and are disorganised. You state all you need in an email and still they dont follow instructions.Printed business cards twice had typos - no space between letters and not my original, I verified and had the space.The latest instance is not keeping stated operating hours, closing early with no notice. I had walked by and still had an hour and a half left according to timing posted twice on door and window. Went to my computer, emailed and went back after 8pm and theyre shut. I called to verify and got excuses and they spit venom, rather than understanding and apologies. Furthermore the person on the line said that the cleaner was there at 6pm and had remove, or taken down the sign or something. Very quick to know what the issue was. If he knew the signed had fallen or removed, why not put a new one up....they can easily print a new one. Or affix a sign that will stay...maybe on the outside cut a decal as a new number for the closing time. They have the material.Just find a quick excuse and no responsibility, like when pointing out past issues you can a catatonic response.I cannot rely on such an unprofessional service provide for business deliverables.I wanted to patron a smaller operator and because theyre a bit closer than a chain but this is it.

Overpriced shop with less than average customer service. There are much better alternatives nearby in the area such as Desco in one lake tower. I would not recommend this shop for any service.
