One of the very few companies who risked their final 30% payment and came out victorious. After several companies failed to detect the leak, advise us and we lost our money in bills and the failed attempts, we tried Poolshop as our last hope. They sounded knowledgeable from the first meeting and agreed to take the final payment six months after completion of works. They found the leak which was in the drain all around the pool like a flow channel (don’t know the exact term) and advised us to convert the pool to a regular skimmer pool to avoid further loss of money. They also advised us to retile the pool because the tiles were falling off. I am writing this review now after six months because our pool got a new life and from thinking of closing the pool, we are using it and adoring it. Don’t hesitate in trying their services they are very much trust worthy and your money is save with them. Thanks guys!

Personally I have struggled for 2years keeping on top of my pool. It has always been a hassle. That is until early last week. Thanks to dolphin and their products I have never been happier with my pool. Dealing with them was first class, very professional shop and unbelievably helpful.
