Very bad service. No one turned up, no call no information, status of booking online says completed!? Excuse me??? Please please do not book them!!!!!! This is not acceptable!!!! I wish I could rate than one star. Such bad service.

Is there less then 1 star !! I made a booking for 2 pm today , as you can see the time I’m typing this Review no body shows up, I called many times no answer then I find another number and one guy answer I felt like I just wake him up.

Maids NOT on time!First of all, the 2 maids were late, they arrived 30 minutes late despite our agreement over the phone.I assigned one of the maids to the bedroom and she started to undo the bed and put new sheets. She had not started for 1 minute that she had already broken a brand new cover sheet, she actually broke the zipper. It was brand new, good quality and it costed us 250 AED at Carrefour.We then had a conversation with her and your offices, and we said we did not want the maid to fix anything, but we wanted some money back for the damage. You must understand that the cover sheet was a very good one, it was brand new (the maid just unpacked it from its bag).Then we assigned the same maid to clean the bedroom. I have to tell you that this person does not know how to clean. She was using a dry piece of cloth, basically lifting the dust up and down, and after her little ballet, the dust had safely come back in its position. In a nutshell, she is just transferring the dust from one place to another, and it is still dirty. Maybe you need to train her to be clean.At this point, we fired her. She was here for only 5 minutes and we thought that she had done enough damage like that.We kept the 2nd maid, who was better, but not that good. The work she did on the bathroom is poor, there are still dirt traces in the bath, and she is very slow. Very slow. 2 rooms done in 2 1/2 hours.At the end of the day, I had to mop the floor myself because she had been far too slow.
