This was the worst experience we ever had with a dry cleaner. I gave them one of my bespoke shirts and it never came back.When the delivery-boy brought back our laundry, they missed a bespoke 900AED shirt and gave us instead a cheap one. When I called them, they said that they would investigate. However, they never did. I tried to speak to a supervisor. However, no one there wanted to give me a phone number. After I called a few times, they immediately hang off the phone as soon as they heard that it was me.Worst experience ever. They did not offer to replace my shirt, the only thing was a 50AED store credit. Like I will ever go their again.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Frankly, I never had any experience with any professional laundry service providers. So I was trying out Diva Laundry for the first time. After witnessing their cleaning process and laundry services, I was impressed, to say the least! I would highly recommend them to other customers and I am certainly coming back for more!

Our home has a lot of tall glass windows which meant that we needed to equip them with drapes and curtains. Now, it was obvious that we needed to clean these time to time and it was difficult for our housekeeping staff to do it all on their own. We were desperate and on the lookout for a company that offered the best curtain cleaning Jumeirah region. Thankfully, one of my friends told me about Diva Laundry and their amazing services. I took his advice and to be honest, I was blown away by the customer-centric services of the company. I have been sending for their services for the past 6 months and they haven’t given me the chance to complain even for a single time!

Professional and Friendly Staff, The express service is actually very good. Will frequent them. Recommended to all my friends. Also they gave me a 10% discount since it was the first time I used the services. The express service that was used was a bit expensive compared to normal service but worth every single penny that was paid.I do see some bad reviews done by other customers and I dont write many reviews myself but I thought to write a good one as the service was amazing compared to what I have been getting all along.

Dont be fouled by the comments.. they have the worst customer services in Dubai. I call them to pick up clothes at a certain time they dont show up, i call again to see why no one came and the guy who answers has no idea about the pick up. It happens all the time, and when i complain they tell me angrily that the pick up guy is at the door knocking while i stand there and no one is there and make it seem like its my fault. No apologies no nothing. Wont be using their services again.

I’ve been with diva laundry for many years now,I can honestly say there the most incredible dry cleaning completely in Al barsha, not only do the clothes come back in the most incredible condition, it’s fast service. Terrible service. I dropped the laundry on 20 February 2016, and one of the staff said that it would be finished in 24 hours time. They even offered a home delivery to my hotel, to which I accepted.Since I received nothing, I came back to Diva on 22 February 2016 to ask about my laundry. It turned out that my laundry was not done yet and they promised to send it to my hotel on the same day at 5 pm. To my surprise, the receptionist didnt have the data of my address, even though I had already informed her the first time!! If I didnt check my laundry, then it will never be delivered..because even my data was not being noted!!I received nothing that day, and on 23 February 2016, I called again..and the receptionist said that the delivery guy was already on his way. When the delivery guy came, 5 items were missing!!! Just when I thought things couldnt get worse. So he had to come back again..get the 5 items forgotten and send them back to my hotel.I paid a lot for my laundry and expected great service from Diva Laundry. Sadly, It was not the case. I would not recommend this laundry to anyone.

Twice in three months I’ve gotten back times of clothing that are still dirty. My husband gives them 50-70 pieces of clothing every month, and I’ll toss in 2-3 items every now and then. Aside from facing issues with delivery (they never deliver when they say they will unless we follow up and prod) getting back dirty items puts me in a bind because I travel weekly for work and don’t have time to redo the clothes. I’m going to saudi with a dirty abaya this week. Pictures attached.--- EDIT Saturday Night: Its now been almost exactly a week since my last review. The owner responded quickly and very nicely resolved the abaya issue so Ive upgraded the rating to 3 stars. However, theres a new problem - as mentioned in my last review, delivery is always a problem.My husband gave his shirts and suit as usual yesterday (Friday) morning and agreed to have the suit delivered back today in the evening. At 8:25 PM he called to follow up and was told yes yes it would be delivered. Its now 10:47 PM and the suit is not here, and Diva Laundry is now closed. Fortunately, he has multiple suits and only gave Diva one because otherwise, hed be stuck going to Saudi in a few hours with no appropriate business clothing. I can not understand why Diva keeps saying it will deliver on a certain day and then not follow through. I want to love Diva Laundry but its hard.EDIT Sunday Morning: After continuous follow ups, I was told theyre not allowed to give the owners number despite the owner asking me to call him/her in the response to my review. Im now waiting for my abaya (I travel again this afternoon) and can not get a straight answer as to when it will be delivered. Screenshot attached. Downgraded to 1 star.

Worst dry cleaning service, tried them once and never again! They are not able to remove the basic of marks off items. They tried to do the items twice and were still no different. I had to take the items to my regular dry cleaners with no issue. Dont waste your money or time. And dont be fouled by the comments.

Dont like writing reviews, especially when they are bad ones, but cannot stay quiet this time. I came across this company accidentally and used their services (pressing only) a couple of times, although they are slightly costlier comparing to the other laundry companies, which I didnt mind hoping for the adequate quality instead. And here you go, when you think that you finally found something good, the reality hits. Received my delivery from which half of the items havent been ironed or others ironed very offhandedly. Basically everything needs to be redone.Called the company to complain, but all I received was sorry madam... It seems I will have to do pressing myself after paying AED 250 for the job. Wouldnt risk it calling them for the laundry pick up again. Very disappointed.

Not good at all

Worst customer service I ever experienced in Dubai.I called early morning for a pick up. They were supposed to pick up the items by 1300 hs. By midday I called again and who pick the call this time have no idea what Im talking about. Finally Ive got the pick up by 1600 hs.When I received the items, not only Im charged for express service that I never requested for but they have also provided me with a rust stain in my silk blouse.After a week of waiting I have no solution regarding the stain.Ive tried to speak with the manager who was supposed to call me today.After mentioning I was writing this review the manager called me within seconds to negotiate and pay my silence off. If I will keep quite and not writing this review she will compensate me with AED 200 when my blouse its cost USD 200.Im attaching a picture.ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.If you have any expensive items DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY. Save your sanity, money and protect your garments.

We use the Laundry that is across our hotel and much more convenient in pricing than the hotel offered one. Kind staff and they call if we forget to pick up.

Ive also had most of what the other clients are complaining about in the reviews...Recived un-ironed clothsUn clean clothsMissing items Ive had to wait 2-3 days forWaiting for the laundry drop off for 3 hours (everytime I would call I was told the driver will be at my place in a few seconds)So Ive tried to ignore all that (even tho they are highly priced and you would expect a better service) now to top it all off I have been calling for three days straight for pickup and no one has answered the line... Ive even gone through the reviews and called the owner directly, and still nothing.I wont be dealing with this business again and honestly with this kind of service I donno who will. Its really sad...
