(which I visited only after my experience 😅)Facts:- 26k obviously purchased (Fake) Instagram Followers (she stunts about it during the visit) 🤡🤡🤡🤡- Her IG showcases a couple of middle aged Dubai based >1M followers influencers (botched faces) who are PAID partnerships/ambassadors for Cosmesurge.

I was so scared to do any cosmetic procedureBut dr. Bara was so professional in advising me to do what really I needed .

Actually I would give this establishment “0” stars if that option was available. I have been making an appointment with them for days and they keep rescheduling it after they have confirmed it. I have shuffled my schedule to be able to cater to them thrice. I finally get an appointment and as I am on the way to the clinic; they call again and tell me the doctor will be late 2 hours. Is that a joke! Are they even from this universe? So so so inconsiderate and unprofessional. If any client has any value for their own time, they should rethink a visit to what they call a “hospital or clinic”; it is quite clear they do not value or care about anyone’s time but their own. Such an establishment is a stain on Dubai’s reputation.

I wouldnt trust them as far as I can throw them. Dr Bara is unprofessional and uninformative. I was there for a consultation and ended up storming out of the office because she was not ready to even tell me what she will do for my problem areas until i confirm that i will do the treatment. Typical, money first before you even know what you are in for. She followed by telling me how busy she is and making it seem like she is doing me a favour for taking my money. Entitled cosmetologist inserting needles in my face? NO THANK YOU.

I went about 2 months ago to have botox on forehead, between eyebrows and outer angel of the eyes, the doctor mentioned at least it will last 4 months. Areas other than forehead hadn’t any affect at all and now it is less than 2 months and it started fading already.I regret I decided to have such a therapy with this clinic.I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for the purpose above.

In the last few months, my skin had become quite rough with barely any glow which made it look dull. After researching online I came across a couple of skincare regimen which did help but I guess I still needed a facial to do magic.I came across a few adverts of Cosmosurge and booked an appointment for their Carbon Peel and Revilite Facial, both the facials together took around 40min or so and my skin felt amazing instantly but the real magic happened the next day. I felt my skin was slightly clearer and brighter, two things which I was looking for.The carbon peel is surely a miracle facial and I think I might be trying it again after a month. You can book these two facials for around 600DHS which isn’t a bad investment looking at the outcome. Do ask for Raymond to do these facials as he is one great therapist.

Most of the practitioners are in Jumeirah, they are minutes from Deira via the Metro and a short walk from the WTC station.The visit and how the procedures went as good as it could have been expected.
