I order a margarita pizza for take away, 5 minutes later I reach home to find the cheese and sauce completely messed up. I contacted the customer service and they told me they will get back to me but they never did!

Easy to access no rush place parking lot

Tried out the new cheesy crunch pizza via taje away and I fully regret my decision. Any day I prefer the stuffed crust over this pizza. It was crunchy like they mentioned but felt a little too dry and not so cheesy. Also no option to add cheese to crust so ya definitely staying away from this option.

I had my worst experience with Pizza Hut today.Incompetent people are working in Pizza hut’s call Centre who takes the order, they have no knowledge of addresses and local areas, I have repeated and spelled out my address 5 times over the phone but still they ended up sending my order to the wrong address, and I have waited for 2 long hours but never got my order but paid for it.

No dine in only pick up and delivery. Service is bit slow otherwise everything is great.

Descent, been to other better branches

Your delivery service is the worst. After ordering and paying for my order the restaurant calls saying they do not deliver in my area. Why take my money if you do not deliver???

Miss Kreisler has been an amazing person in assisting us with our order and did our food fresh and quickly , also The manager Juliet has also been extraordinary in assisting us and asking us what we need and require and helping us speed things up, definitely will come back to order from pizzahut remraam branch

New opened branch with super poor service , i have repeated more than ten times to make my order done , looks no one can understand what i am saying . they kept laughing and some strange expressions shows on their face made me uncomfortable . Btw, u will have to request to get a bag when ur order need to take away .

Very poor service! I will never buy from here again. If there is negative I would have given that, staffs dont have sense what to charge customers, you buy chicken pizza they charge you 5aed for tomato, 5aed for green peppers such lousy staffs, I could have taken veg pizza got extra chicken. But no they are morons working behind the counter....... Thank you for such an amazing service.

I always always pickup as the delivery charges are high. However their delivery is very fast.

Unfortunately I wish Google had the option to give a negative score. Very poorly managed restaurant - and Pizza Hut does not seem to care. Instructions are NEVER followed. Customer service is pathetic. Discourteous management. Order online ONLY if you are in for spoiling your overall experience.

Very racist customer service. The attendant was behaving while taking the order like shes in a rush. Very sad to see this in here, we were excited to see pizza hut in remraam finally, but this lady spoiled the whole fun. Sad to say will stick to Dominos in remraam because of Juliet.
