The place is not spacious enough for dine-ins. Take-away takes more time than what they say. Service is satisfactory. Location is ideal.

Pizza hut is one of my favourite supprised to see some negative review. We ordered chicken BBQ and BBQ chicken spin rolls. The pizza was delicious and the service was good always have smile in there face specially, the food served comparatively faster than other pizza chains. This pizza hut not clean like before.

This place is inside Enoc petrol station. Though I thought only delivery takes place, Was surprised to see families in the evening. Nice and neat place, enough parking, seating available. Chicken Fajita, BBQ, Cheesy Grilled Chicken, cheese Breads, Salads, Margarita - all time favourite. Plates are not clean, advised to take disposable plates.

Take away is better.Offer on Tuesday. Buy 1 get 1 free

The place is small and toooooo dirty. No body cares about cleaning the tables.. The staff discovered after placing the order.. They gave me the food and disappeared again.. I wanted a fork and knife but I had to wait for them to come back.. All of them.. Kept calling! Food was normal but the service is not good.

OK, we have used this place for 2 years for >2,000 aed of business as customers. Recently I set up my own app account instead of using my partners account. First order last week went fine.Lat night I ordered 4 pizzas from the app, and paid and received a bank confirmation.I heard nothing for over an hour so phoned them. They said my order was suspended. Yes suspended.....They said that they had not received payment but would sort it out.They didnt. It took me 5 phone calls to chase them, and in the end it was between 1.5 and 2 hours before they finally admitted their mistake.They HAD received payment. They were sorry. Did I still want the pizzas or a refund. I said I wanted both.Refused. So I got a refund.OK, errors happen, but customer service should keep the customer happy, and KEEP THE CUSTOMER as a customer.So the culture of this company is to not trust me, despite previous order record. Not risk the loss to the company of the ingredients of 4 pizzas, but instead, refuse to deliver, and keep us hungry due to their error.The risk to them was negligible. So now we have both cancelled our loyalty to them. There is a business concept called lifetime customer value. It means that you ignore small costs to get the value for the customer for years. But this company has thrown away tens of thousands of Dirham now, for the cost of 4 pizzas.We will cancel the apps and take our business elsewhere.Its not drama, but these types of business have to be educated, and the only way is to take away their income.

Small but cosy and neat place with parking. Not enough for big crowds, just good for a quick bite or takeaway. Helpful staff.

Theres a riot @Pizza Hut anywhere. Takeaways are better than dining in. Much better to eat peacefully in the comfort of our own homes!

Customer Service has little to no knowledge and experience on how to solve simple questions. My question was, Will my money return to my account after the order has been canceled randomly from my online order? I Made 2 calls and and took me over 45 mins to get no answer. They transfer me about 3 times in total and also did not really understand what I was asking. They said it will take 3 weeks for my money to return but as the same time asked me if I would like to get the order now and asked for my credit card. Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place by far. I hope you guys carry out and never order online. Trust me! Will same you the trouble and if online works for you, thank god, you are lucky!!

Awful Pizza. Put very little toppings on my large pizza. The same amount as on another clients small size pizza. Asked for less cheese and they put a huge heap of cheese. The place is very cluttered and small in a petrol pump station. Will never visit again.

As much as i love Pizza hut , this particular branch is a disgrace! Its just awful and this is coming from multiple visits. I dont mind the wait, I dont mind the crampy place, but tables, plates are dirty. Counters are greasy, the salad fridge, well its more of a freezer coz everything there is frozen. The grated cheese dispenser on the tables have old crusty cheese that they didnt care to check. So my dine-in experiance there is bad and absolutely never again! But since I have the occasional weakness toward pizza, and since they are open till 4 A.M., I might still stop for a casual pickup.
