Their pizza base is so thin and light you keep on eating. Its not crispy like thin crust pizza. The flavour are ok and have good selection of a menu. The staff is also helpful but I didnt like one thing that all the meals and combo offer they have kept unavailable. This was a big let down.

One of the best veg pizzas I had in Dubai with lots of quality veggies and yummy thin crust. However, the baked chicken breast chunks lacked flavour and sub par in terms of quality, quantity and value for money. Also, the staff wasnt aware of the items name of a food photo in their own menu card 😅

I have not eaten such worst pizza. I order all meat pizza and i have received this piece of art. Dont recommend to your enemies even. Worst pizza, worst taste, worst experience. I eat from Papa Johns usually. They are the best. I will add photos from there too. Compare even by look

Classic Italian will always one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. It has such an amazing flavor and their bread so soft, I absolutely enjoyed it along with their Cinnamon wheel which was delicious.Love it! :D

Worst service ever!! Ordered pizza and had to waited 3hrs, still not delivered!Had to call customer service, they took the inquiry but no any action and they were okay to keep the customers await! Even though we gave the correct details and we got the confirmation they cannot deliver saying they have a system issue! Karama branch the person in charge and the delivery guy should need to know how to speak to the customer and have some respect to your customers! And they deliver guy just waiting outside the building and calling the wrong number even though we provide correct details without delivery to the apartment!! Worst experience ever!

We ordered Papa Murphy pizzas, Karama for a party at home. Everyone enjoyed it. These were the only pizzas of which we actually ate the side crusts (usually, we discard them for the other pizza brands). There was a little confusion on the order, however the staff were very courteous and they sorted out the matter without problem. I will definitely highly recommend ordering pizzas from this place.

I have been ordering from Papa Murphys for sometime now. Love theFthe Hawaiian pizza. For the first time today I had a bad experience, instead of cheese topped garlic bread they sent me cheese topped pizza base. Not at all happy!

Pulled beef and Papas Favorite was very good and spicy they way i like. Delivery was fast and delivered on time irrespective of Thursday night rush.We really enjoyed the pizza.

Excellent taste me and my friends love it.

First they deliver non veg order to a vegetarian. Then they keep me dangling for the replacement order for next 3 hours. For over 2 hrs Customer care always told me the delivery is going to happen within minutes. And turns out I never got the order. How pathetic. Either stay in business and care about your customers or please just quit.

This was our first visit to this Pizza outlet. The Pizzas were satisfactory in taste. The one with the thick crust was more enjoyable than the thin crust .We collected the pizzas from their outlet and dined at home.

App adverised buy one get one free, when order was placed only one item was received. Really disapointing.

Had to visit this branch few times as it is closest of all Papa Murphys outlets those are open till late night. The staff is very unwelcoming and a rude reply multiple times makes me never wanna go back there.
