This place is one of the best places for PIZZA HUT. It is mainly for take away or deliveries. They are super fast and the deliver on time the food . Try their offers as they are a good bargain . I have ordered the triple big pizza and it came so delicious and freshly baked . If you like more cheese order the stuffed crust.

Located inside the ENOC petrol station near Ibn battuta mall, this outlet is mainly handling pick up/delivery services. Its a small unit with one or 2 table. So when u r inside, you may feel its over crowded. The staffs are very friendly and professional.

They dont understand the meaning of customer service we ordered something and we get something else.Not recommended for delivery.

I had stopped going there for more then a year. I can say that they have improved in quality of menu as well as service.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had pizza from Pizza Hut. We wanted to order the Limo pizza w/sides 89 dhs but they didn’t have the pasta nor did they have the Hershey’s cookie so we had to order it without sides (69 dhs). Next we wait for 15 minutes to get our pizza (which is the standard time, so that’s alright). But when we get home to have the pizza it’s so thick and disgusting, and undercooked from the middle, chewy and gross. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone 🤢🤢

I was disappointed with my order in uber eats at pizza hut Enoc jebel ali because i ordered my box n lasagna meal then we recieved all wrong orders for my box we ordered buffalo wings n Spinroll then we recieved garlic bread and spinroll and for the lasagna they gave us Alfredo pasta without drinks on our meal... we want to save time and to take a rest that’s why were making order online and this is we will get? We personally go to that store to make complain coz their call center agent doesn’t know the contact number how come they dont know? Then when we arrive at the store we were surprised that they already know us and they know that they gave the wrong order. If thats the case why you still continue to deliver the wrong item?

Very bad service its taken me 35 mins after placing my irder and yet to get my dinner... Its absurd.... One guy at the counter and one at back end...

Total inconvenience! Ive placed the order at 10.53AM to be delivered by 12.30 because we have a pretty short break and a pretty long workday. the time now is 1.15 and the food didnt arrive yet! Ive missed our break and was very embarrassed form my colleagues who missed their launch. A delay of almost an hour while the shop is 10 mins away is never justifiable!

Not good. We order 3 pizzas all with thin crust take away but when we came home we found large pizza with thick base. Very disappointed because my kidz dont like it at all but they were very hungry so couldnt go back to change.

I wanted to share a surprisingly bad experience I had with Pizza hut delivery in Dubai.I placed an order today at 4:03 pm and I was promised the order will arrive in 45 minutes which didnt happen. I made a follow up call at 4:55 and I was informed the delivery person has already left and order will arrive in 5-10 minutes which also didnt happen.I called again at 5:20 and I was put on hold by the person who answered without listening to my problem in a very impolite way.I cancelled the order and called customer service where I didnt get any proper response. I was told that well raise your complaint and thats it. Honestly I am very disappointed with this very low service level.

I like it so much and everytime I pass there I buy from its offers but the problem is with salad section! There is an instruction on the wall that u have to sanitize ur hands before taking salad but no one is doing that ,as the sanitizer is far back the salad table, so it is unapproachable! So I dont like to eat from the salad as I noticed that some customers touching the spoons with their dirty hands and licking their fingers after trying from their plates then touching the spoon ..without any observation!

Food took approximately 15 minutes to arrive, which is a bit long for an individual meal. The Vegetarian Pan Pizza & Cheese Garlic Bread were warm, fresh & tasty though!

Terrible service, waiting 3 HOURS for my pizza, they claimed they had only one driver.... called them about 5 times and they kept delaying it. they eventually gave pizza for free but the manager and supervisor were very rude, uncooperative, kept trying to leave the conversation!! awful! never again!
