Not a great experience even at second time when I ordered the pizza. The call centre team needs training in listening and in English. They just dont seemed to be clear in communication. I had to literally teach him to take order and repeat the order. What a shame. Then when I went to pick up the pizza , Gera was giving me the pizza and she gave me fountain Pepsi. When I told her that last time I was given a can, she said it is not written in the order. I said nor anyone asked me for options. She was upset and didnt show any apologies and had no option than giving me a can and that too she felt disgruntled and angry. I even apologised if I was rude by asking for can Pepsi. My reason for asking Pepsi can was only because it is easy to carry in car. Pizzahut needs to invest in team training. I am yet to eat the pizza but couldnt stop reviewing them just after the take away and sitting in the car. Will review again after I have the pizza as I did ask for thick base and will see if they have attended to it.Fortunately the base was thick. Pizza as usual tasty.

The worst pizza hut all over UAE , not accurate on delivery, neither on following instructions of the orders , the delivery is always late while the branch is 5 mins aways from my location , and if luckily the order arrived it must be missing something or cold , or the packaging is bad ! , not recommended at all !

The worst place ever not up to the stander getting expensive about the prices with very low stander of service and food quality

Today we ordered limo pizza which was delivered cold and half of the pizza pieces didn’t had chicken toppings. We had called the helpline number but no proper response from manager.

Been ordering from Pizza hut since forever, but this is the first time I had a bad experience, my order came almost 2 hours. Call center was not that helpful, one lady want to drop the call even if we were not yet done talking.

Order was for 55 minutes(usuLly 30 min), Arrived after 90 minutes. Food cold. Tried to call. They had 600 number paid number not toll Free. You need to think 5 times before you deal with Pizza Hiluy

Its small place and you need to order before you set as there is no table service there. They is a problem with the A/C as its not working properly.Meanwhile the staff are friendly and doing great job.For the parking it not easy as near by you can find a paid parking but the first 2 hours are free. You will be lucky if you find a parking spot within 15 minutes.

Never seen worse than this. At least you can keep some menu books in the store. No token management system in place.

The pizza was good. But dont expect an appropriate service - it will not be the restaurant of your choice. Getting a Pepsi needs more than 5 minutes, trying to pay as well.

After a very long time I had a good pizza, they have variety of menu items including salads, pizzas, potato wedges, breadsticks soft drinks, juices and value meals.... must go to place...

I love pizza hut especially the kabayan crews, however theres this one staff named MANORI at business bay branch whose really rude and disrespectful on the delivery calls and all. She doesnt know how to handle customers over phone. PIZZA HUT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ON THIS. if u keep this lady handling calls for delivery, maybe ull loose customers.

After placing uncountable orders, I always was impressed as to the quality and standard of the food being the same.However, I couldnt say the same for my last order.Ordered my regular red pepper chicken, my wings and garlic bread with cheese. I asked the guy if it was possible to add some chillies to the pizza would be nice.While having to wait ages for my order I was told that they were waiting for the chicken wings.The cashier (assumed he was the supervisor) kept reminding the guy to check the wings, check the wings while the guy was busy chatting away with the same cashier.Got home and went to have my dinner soon after only to realise the garlic bread seemed to be very old even the cheese was like curd on top of it plus it was too hard for me to eat, the pizza was extremely salty which I assume was because of what I describe to be a Mexican spice mix sprinkled ontop (a whole lot of it), not to mention on the entire pizza there were no more than 6 pieces of chicken bits and the wings was dried and crispy not soft and succulent as normal. I was too tired to call and complain and ate a bit as I was hungry and had to dump the rest. My most disappointment meal ever from pizza hut.

Food was good but there were missing items in my order. I ordered 2 pizzas, seafood and chicken, through talabat and in the comment section specifically asked to make the pizzas spicy, and also askes to add mayonaise and wet napkins. None of my requests were done
