My experience was disappointing, l ordered a 1 medium and 1 small pizza only to get 2 medium pizzas so l asked the waitress if it was mine. She agreed it was a mistake from her but at the same time telling me its only 12aed difference. I acknowledged mistakes are common and l agreed to pay the difference but when l asked for my bill l find cheese was charged separate from the pizza price on the menu which was not explained or written on the menu. The waiter said the price on the menu is for without cheese. And the waitress was rude.

Extra spicy pizza was also flat..... 🥱 And Pasta was tasteless..... Why????

Guys! Is is the worst pizza I ever tried. Don’t know maybe I’m not write but the dough was really tasteless, ingredients were so-so( Pasta had nothing related with the Italian original pasta, it resembled me grilled macarones and was really far from original aldente. The only one thing I really loved here is a very polite and friendly staff and fabulous, fascinating view from open terrace to dancing fountains.So, wish the owners good luck here.

I tried this place before visiting Burj Khalifa - At the Top, because i wanted to eat some pizza.The pizza was not good or bad just a boring pizza. It was with mixed grilled chicken pizza but the only some grilled chicken. Almost nothing on half on every slice.The service was really bad and slow.They was few waiters but only one did take care of the first half of place. Our food was apperently ready and they only needed to take it to our table, which did take 5-10 min before it happens. I dont why but the one waiter did also help people pay for their food, do not know what the other waiters was doing.The price was to high to what you get. Normally i would say you get what you pay for but in this case you pay more than you get.

Not a big fan of Pizza hut mainly because of the price vs what you get. But still, I ate outside and I had a nice view of the fountains.I would recommend to eat here as 2+ persons.

The worse experience ever ! When u call to order just ur dealing with plp what matters to make u have bigger bill without you accept or knowledge ! Just the same order on talabat 99! My bill is 60aed more for limo offer!! I really feel im dealing with stealers and mafia! Zero recommendations if possible

Very bad experience at New years Eve. We paid 2000 aed/450 eur for 2 people and they put us in a table of for with 2 other people we didnt know. They told us yeah but they re the same nationality as youAfter half an hour of disputing they found a solution (simply adding a table) but they ruined our night.Food was very average

SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Last time I went I had two small pizzas, in the moment of paying ticket was more expensive than what it was supposed to be. I asked the reason and they told me for the cheese, but I didn´t asked for extra cheese, no, now we are charging extra for the cheese, in the menu is not show because ewe still don´t have the new menus due to corona, but we´re charging extra for the cheese, but a pizza is supposed to have cheese, right? its bread, cheese and tomato, yes but some people don´t want cheese in the pizza, that´s why, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT????? Ok, so pizza now it´s gonna be bread and tomato.

The food was nice... i just somehow felt offended that youre not finish eating and the staff will take your plates and glass.. they asked though but didnt wait you to answer lol, cleaned the table with cleaning chemicals while you are still seating there, seems they were always in a hurry that the tables should be available for the next customer, though i checked around and saw lots of vacant tables.

Pizza Hut located at a strategic location inside the Dubai Mall provides its standard fare of good quality pizzsa and other items on the menus. Worth a visit if you are a pizza fan.

I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut outlet to anyone (lower ground next to Bloomingdales) It’s disgusting. There is cockroach which I complained about. All they did is seat me elsewhere. I should have left but foolishly I accepted. The place is so dirty and the service is bad (Server: Deepika), I asked to see the Manager to tell him about the situation, his explanation that the dirt on the floor is because of insect spraying they had to do the day before!!! What lies! After looking closely at the dirt he admitted yes it’s dirt and walked away. No apology nothing!

Very bad and slow service. Around 45 min wait for couple of pizzas. Even the drinks were served 45 min late. Food was great. However after all that wait it was incompletely served. They added extra cheese on the pizza by mistake and charged us for it.

I was here twice and twice I was charged too much. Also, my drink only came once I was done eating. If you sit outside you can watch the fountains while eating, which is very nice, therefore at least 2 stars: D
