Bad experience ever, slow service, u feel like they dont want to work, they tell u ur order in 15 min but i waiting for 40 min cuz my order given by mistake to another one despite they have this device. This is the last time i deal with pizza hut

The service unfortunately is veeeery slow, i understand you guys if you are busy but just dont lie to The clients telling them your order will be ready within 15mins but actually you should wait for 30mins and more, the lady in the counter she was not so helpful, this is not a way how to speak, Im sorry but this is very bad experience with pizza hut 🤬🤬🤬

Awful experience, from the order (Betty, come on, close to insulting clients), to the delivering : low quality pizzas without any taste. Should rather buy a frozen one at Carrefour, 100% sure better and cheaper …

I love this restaurant and Im a loyal costumer even pandemic I order online the taste never change and the staff are all friendly.

Nobody at the counter at 11:30am to attend customers. I waited for a minute and left.

Dont order from these people middle of the night they say they close at 1am but when I ordered around 11:40pm they never delivered my food. I am still waiting for 3 hours for them to bring it or at least waiting from them to call me. They are so unprofessional at least they could have called but they didnt. This is why I never oder from them but it was the only place open. Best service best pizza is from dominos. Also they will not refund my money how cheap they are

Very poor experience, they have only 1 staff at the counter I had to wait 25 minutes and then I left and she didn’t even asked me what my order was . Will never try it again 👎👎👎

Pizza hut in food court especially this one was really average.First of all I asked for menu , the lady answered saying it is the same thing I remember so u can ask me..What kind of response is that. The receipt was almost fade out as no ink or whatever the reason was. Bad service ...I had alfredo pasta very bad from What I use to taste in their restaurant it self. Not a nice food chain in MOE

Pizza at pizzahut are excellent. They have good variety and under your budget.

I dont know whether it is coincidence that KFC and Pizza Hut are located right next to each other but both do not belong into MOE. Both have bad customer service, unfriendly staff and moreover at Pizza Hut you see dishes on display which partly are not available. It is weird that their managements do not read the feedback and reviews in order to improve their services. Honestly speaking I do not recommend this place.

It is good pizza but not as good as others

Three children of us ate there last evening, Dec 29th and got sick. My son threw up all night. The other two are sick and in bed. Ruined our vacation.

Nice pizza, 15 minute waiting time, but the salad and fries was a disappointment. So stick with the pizza to be a happy customer.

Such a slow and bad service. Said they didnt have a meter long pizza and then I saw them give the same to another customer. There is only one person so the queue is so long even though there are hardly any customer. Pizza didnt even taste good after all this.

Very bad Service, they takes tomuch time. They dont have any number system. If person order first but they give food to 3rd or 4th customer even same food order. So many customers complained that time when i was there. Attitude of staff also not good, they just argued with customers and give unnecessary reasons. Must need to improve service.

I love pizza hut and everything but the guy picking up the delivery calls is barely understandable and finds it hard to understand the customer. This is not the first time.

Last week my wife and I went to eat at Pizza Hut MOE, the service is terrible and the person taking our order did not confirm with us on their promotion that they were having, plus the pizza had no taste what so ever, even though I’m a regular for Pizza Hut, but this branch I’d give the minimum rating!!

This place is awful. They give you warm Pepsi with no ice. The pepperoni prime was greasy and horrible. Will never order pizza there again.

1st of all the service is very slow. 2nd you cant call that a pizza. The traditional peperoni doesnt taste like that, the so called tomatoe sauce was aweful. Got a stomachache from that pizza and trust me Ive eaten thousand differwnt pizzas. I was so eagor to eat from Pizza Hut but it was a huge let down!!! Please dont do my mistake!!! Only good thing was the Pepsi.

It’s the worst Pizza Hut outlet I’ve ever been to. The staff members are impolite and rude. They don’t even do pizzas as others. Mostly I visit this as being near to my workplace and home but their staff ruin every visit of mine. Even the Egyptian manager out their has no sense of leadership. For everything he has an ill founded reason. I don’t recommend this branch to anyone. They’ve forced me to hate going to any Pizza Hut in the town.
