Pizza Hut is one of the best Pizza Restaurants in UAE. The one at Madina Mall food court has a kind staff and being a less crowded mall your wait time is less to get your Pizza orders here.Amazing Spicy Chicken Ranch and BBQ pizza are best at this place.

The mall is less crowded & orders are received faster & amole soace to sit .....The Limo Pizza or the so called 1 meter pizza was divine 🍕 which had 3 toppings which we can choose as well as 3 dips can be selected as well....Consisting of 36 slices in total costing AED 69/- .....😋

Pizza hut is always known for good pizza. My review here is not food but staff and their mentality (Madina Mall, Beirut St. Dubai) They mixed up the order and handed over my order to another lady customer. Till here its fine. Mistake happens and it didnt really upset me. But what happened next was unbelievable. No apologies by the only staff at the counter, a lady cashier.She asked me to wait, while they prepared fresh pizza. So far, so good. Then another guy pops up from inside and asked the cashier if the lady who picked the wrong order came back with the pizza!!! Can you believe that!!!. And I am standing right there in front of them. Like I would accept those pizza which has been touched and probably would have been opened by now. There is a pandemic going on.... you under-informed staff.They waited a good 5 to 10 minutes to see if she came back with the pizza before...going ahead with the reorder.Americana ( Kuwait Food Co) please note.

The attitude of Staff its horrible. I visited with my family and I requested additional ketchup.She told us, ketchup will not be there additional.

I ordered online triple meal pizza and it was delivered on time by deliveroo from madina mall as per track. Unfortunately, i wasnt happy with food.it wasnt cooked properly ,the sfc crust was uncooked.and peperooni thin pizza also was very dry and crispy. I AM AFRAID i willNever order again from pizza hut.

They serve the very tasty and amazing pizza here and i love it. Sometime they take time to serve but its ok i can wait a little for a pizza. Also i find it little expensive compared to kfc although it is a great place to.
