Worst customer service ever! I didn’t even get to do the photoshoot cause they canceled my appointment through email five days prior cause I hadn’t paid upfront… I found this email in my spam folder stating my appointment had been canceled ( they give you 24 hours to Pay and then cancel without explaining this before even booking )If this is you Terrible booking system at least have the decency to inform the customer beforehand and if you only give them 24 hours then call the clients!!!! Don’t depend on emails that go in to spam..

I highly recommend The Studio Dubai. I was referred to their photography services by a trusted colleague & they did not disappoint. Their facility/studio is very impressive. The photographer went above & beyond for me on the shoot, delivering the highest quality images, giving me options that far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them & will use them again.

Service was bad and very unproffessional. Photographer guaranteed me quality shots and I brought all my stock there (40+ products) and he shot one and said it was too much work to continue, and told me he wasnt prepared to do it. Wasted time and money, I would not go back.

Our family photo shoot at The Studio was a fantastic experience. Photographer Ian made us feel instantly relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. He had our two boys in absolute stitches which made for some brilliantly candid photos.The images we received were really high quality. There were a couple where the boys had managed to pull my top, but rather than interrupting the flow and fun we were all having the editing team very cleverly retouched the picture to perfection afterwards. This is definitely the best photo shoot we have had and would recommend it to anyone looking to create wonderful, natural memories of their family.

I did a 30-minute shoot with photographer Ian and had a great time. The images that resulted were wonderful, and The Studio team did their utmost to get my final, retouched portrait to me quickly. I have since recommended them to numerous colleagues, as they like me were looking to update their online profiles with a professional, high-res image. Great work - thank you!

I recently did a photo shoot with my four young grandchildren and could not have been more delighted with the results. The photographer was incredibly patient and spent a lot of time and effort composing the pictures and helped us all to feel relaxed, including the youngest who was then only just 2 years old. Extremely unprofessional, poor quality of work, amateur photographer, and on top of all their editing is a disaster. Zero customer service and relationship management skills, it’s a pure rip-off and complete waste of time and money. You’ll be extremely disappointed for engaging with them and paying them a dime!!!

Ian was very helpful and professional even though I was not relaxed at that time. He helped me executed good shots. Loida was also very accommodating and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend to my friends and sports community 😊

Fantastic. Highly recommended to those looking for keepsake photographs. Fabulous staff and very good service. Try to go while they have promo offers else the price may be a tad higher than what you would like to pay for a set of photos. Overall really good.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with the Studio - from booking to final product. This was our first family photoshoot with two small children, and the photographer was incredibly patient and created a super fun experience for the kids, thus really great photos. I was losing my hope and patience, but the photographer was a pro handling kids and parents. They created the only nice family photos I have with my small children, because they are never both happy and/or still, especially my baby. Highly recommend them. Also I love the space they are in, a hidden oasis in our busy city, it set the mood right before the photoshoot! Thank you The Studio!

I went for a corporate shoot and was delighted with the outcome and the wonderful team at The Studio....so much that I have booked my family in for a shoot and can not wait to see the outcome of these pictures. Highly recommend The Studio for all of your photographic needs.

I normal never bother with negative reviews but then never have I had an experience this bad. I needed some corporate pics taken, googled and saw The Studio. Despite reading the negative reviews online I decided to give them a shot. All seemed to go well. I Was attended to by a pleasant girl named Yasmin and was photographed by Ian, who was honestly very easy and fun to work with and took some great pics. All going well so far.... But thats where the good part ends.2 months later and after numerous chase up calls and dozens of reminder emails, I am demanding a refund for the pics that were sent to me 1 month late... And that too with a terrible touch up job.I had done my shoot around end July. They sent me 3 pics on time with the promise that the remaining 4 will be sent to me the following week. In reality,i only received them end of August. A whole month late.... And that too with an awful touch up job which seemed like they had been done by a novice. I reported it right back and they apologised, promised to fix them and send them to me asap. Another 3 weeks gone by and I dont get the pics....until i demanded a refund for the 4 pics and suddenly the pics are ready and sent to me, although, still with a rubbish touch up job. Its now almost end of September and i have spent 2 months chasing after The Studio trying to get decent pics and professional behaviour out of them but no luck. Im demanding a refund for the 4 pics that were given to me 1 month late with a terrible touch up job and they are refusing. The manager was meant to call me last week but Im still waiting.All in all. A hellish experience.

This photo studio is wonderfully affordable. It is airy, comfortable, and clean with nice furniture. The shooting area is small but gets the job. There are professional background, fans and lights. This studio is best for small projects at affordable price.

If you are planning on getting a photoshoot done, with the thought in mind that you will be sent back all images with small watermarks to save for yourself, dont bother with this company. I went for an hour photoshoot with about 40 images taken, I was then sent a link to the gallery online(keep in mind there was no download button and you cant right click to save any of the images) and I was told that I had to buy EACH photo(of course with the offer having ONE photo to save). But If you plan on paying someone 5000AED for simple photo retouches that a 5 year old could do, as well as removing their watermark that takes up a little more than half the entire image(especially over the faces which you are unable to see the image behind the watermark), enjoy.

Highly unprofessional! They make an appointment and dont turn up at the set time...when you call them they are clueless about the appointment. Would think twice before I suggest to anyone.

What a disappointment ! The studio booked me for today 26th June because the receptionist specifically said they are open TODAY AND NOT ON THE WEEKEND. Well, I arrive with my family for a photo shoot and of course they are closed. Nobody answers the phone or got in touch with me for a confirmation.Im really tired of poor customer service !

How do they make business if they dont answer the phone or get back to people who leave their name and number on the voicemail??
